Store Managers are responsible for the overall operations and sales performance of a Life Style Sports store and ensuring that they have the right people and product required to achieve and excel Company expectations.
Deputy Managers are responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the operations of the store, driving customer service, displaying commercial awareness, implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards and managing
and developing store teams.
Trainee Managers work with the management team to develop knowledge of store operations, drive customer service, develop commercial acumen, manage employee relations while gaining an awareness for management procedures and responsibilities.
As Customer Service Executive in Life Style Sports you will be required to take responsibility for answering incoming customer enquiries through email, telephone, social channels and review sites, identifying solutions to their queries and
following up where necessary. You will also be responsible for responding to customer enquiries that have been escalated from our stores to Brand Centre.
