Working At Our Brand Centre

Our brand center is based above our flagship store on Mary Street, Dublin city centre. It is the hub of the brand and where we do all our thinking, buying, merchandising, finance, eCommerce and marketing. Newly renovated, it provides a cool, fast paced, open plan stylish environment which is always buzzing from meetings with global brands, fashion stylists, photographers & graphic designers.

Buying

Our Buyers identify new trends in the market; liaise with our brand partners to get you the most stylish, exclusive and on trend product every season. They also develop and design our own brands working across the globe to develop & expand our new sports style category.

Merchandising

Retail Merchandisers work extremely close and are part of the overall buying team. The team manage supplier stock levels to ensure the right product is in the correct location.

Marketing

The Marketing team take our brand values and brand strategy to reflect this in all our campaigns across all formats. They help our brand come to life in the store, online and in the social media. They are the hub of social media for the Life Style Sports brand and they are obsessed with all things creative, digital, brand, PR & window campaign roll outs.

Visual Merchandising & Store Concepts

The VM team develop & maintain our in store product display and product presentation to the customer. They work with buyers to understand the season and then work with operations to roll out the VM guidelines by category, as well as how product should be displayed/ presented at store level to the customer. They are creative, commercial, understand trends and love styling. They also design and are responsible for store refits. It’s a pretty cool job!

HR & Training

Our HR & Training team are responsible for taking on social, inspirational and fearless people to join our team! That could mean you! All our stores receive coaching from training department and our brand partners. This consists of induction training to brand events, training days to trial product and commercial workshops on service. Working with stores, Area Manager and our brand centre managers, they develop and retain the best retail team.

Retail Operations

This team consists of Area managers, Store management & sales team members. With 64 stores spread out across Ireland in the best retail locations, one of the most exciting parts of the business to work in. This is where we meet you guys!

Regional Managers

The Regional Manager has a portfolio of stores that they are responsible for. They drive standards, engage and motivate their store teams to challenge what they do and become better. A big part of this role is to develop talented people to become great managers! They work with all our brand centre functions to drive service in our stores for you!

Store Management

Our Store Management teams are responsible for implementing store standards and driving superior service so that you love to come in and visit us. We believe each member runs their store like it’s their own business. A key part of this role is to develop people and many of our VM, Area Managers & buyers have progressed from a Store manager.

Our Management teams are talented and commercial who love to chat and listen to you so that we meet your expectations. They are responsible for coaching and developing our teams to grow with our brand! They run their stores with the help of their management team and support from their Area Manager & the teams in our brand centre.

Sales Team Members

These guys have fun….they get to work closest with you! Our teams work with people, product and get to learn about new product technologies from our brands, like what trainers are right for you? Why should you wear Dri-fit tops when you’re working out? With the latest tunes pumping it’s energetic and fast paced.
