Life Style Sports love to develop our people into management brand centre roles. We help our teams to do this by offering the following training tools so that ultimately our customers consistently receive a superior experience when interacting with our brand:
A key part of an employee being successful and developing with Life Style Sports depends on their introduction with us! Management receive training in the Company's selected centre of excellence training store. This training consists of one on one coaching sessions with the relevant brand centre managers and their Area Manager to understand role expectations and our procedures. The remaining part of the training will consist of on-the-job training and coaching on all aspects of a manager's responsibilities.
We bring our store management and store teams together to drive customer service, visual merchandising standards & guide our teams on how to coach and develop our people. Being social is a key part of the Life Style Sports brand training.
Life Style Sports HR and Training team work with our global brand partners to develop training programmes that are on brand for us! The purpose of this training is for teams to understand the key features and benefits of our products, to enhance their confidence when assisting customers and to provide the skills to upsell and add on sales. Brand partners training takes place through Specialist In – store training visits or as an off-site trail event allowing the teams to gain first-hand experience of the trailing the product. It’s a fun and interactive way to learn!
