We’ve put together the following set of FAQ’s to explain our returns policy and answer any questions you may have on how to return items bought on Life Style Sports. As always, we’d love your feedback on any questions you feel we’ve left out or how we could be of further assistance to you. You can reach us at help@lifestylesports.com.

How do I return my order?

If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 28 days to return it to us. Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at help@lifestylesports.com so that we can arrange the return for you.

Returning your order to a Life Style Sports store

If you paid for your order using a credit card you can return your order to any Life Style Sports store for an exchange or refund. If you paid for your order using PayPal you can return your order to any Life Style Sports store for an exchange but you must return it to our returns centre if you want a refund.

Just bring your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase along with the payment card you used to place your order.

A receipt will be issued for your return by the store.


Free Returns with PayPal

If you paid for your order using PayPal you can have your return costs refunded through PayPal just follow the steps HERE

You will need email proof of having paid by PayPal.

A scanned receipt from the post office / Courier costs.

You have 14 days to claim your refund from the date of the return.


Free Returns with Parcel Motel

As a Life Style Sports customer you can avail of the Free Returns service with Parcel Motel. With many Parcel Motel Lockers all over Ireland you can drop your return off a convenient location and time. It will then be collected and delivered back to our returns centre. You will need to create a Parcel Motel Account if you don't have one already.

You will need access to a printer to print your Parcel Motel returns label.


Returning your order by post

Please use the address label from your dispatch note on the outside of your package and insert the remainder of the dispatch note in with your package before posting it back to us. The dispatch note and address label contain barcodes that we can scan to make processing your return quicker and easier.

If you don't have your dispatch note or address label, please ensure that you include your order number, email address and contact number with your return. You can post your return to either of the addresses shown below

Our delivery bags are re-sealable and there is a sticker on your dispatch note with the returns address pre-printed on it. We suggest using the resealed bag with the returns address sticker placed over the original delivery address sticker to return your order, it’s quicker and easier for you post and it’s also quicker for us to process your return and apply any refunds due to you.

We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, until the parcel is received by us, at the above address, it remains your responsibility.

Other Important Information

It’s important to point out that all goods must be unused / unworn, have the original labels attached & footwear must be in the original box.

Underwear & Swimwear can be tried on but please do so over your own underwear and always keep the hygiene seal in place. We will not refund any items where this seal is not in place.

We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, until the parcel is received by us, at the above address, it remains your responsibility.


Who pays for the return?

You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.

Returns to Life Style Sports stores are free of charge.


How long can I keep my order before returning?

When will the money be credited to my account?

Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.

We will refund you by the same method as payment you used when you originally placed your order, for customers using credit or debit/Laser cards this will be refunded back onto the same card.


Can I return my order to a Life Style Sports store?

Yes, you can return your order to any Life Style Sports store for an exchange or refund.

You will need to bring your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase along with the payment card you used to place your order.

A receipt will be issued for your return by the store.


What happens if I want an exchange?

You can return your item to a Life Style Sports store if you wish to exchange it.

We do not offer exchanges on goods returned by post, instead simply return the item and place a new order online


What happens if I received the wrong items in my order?

We will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred if we’ve sent you something other than what you originally ordered.


What happens if the item is faulty?

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. If you think that we have sent you a faulty product, please contact us straight away, the quickest way is via email to help@lifestylesports.com, you can also call us, the numbers are:

Determination as to whether a product is faulty or not will be at the sole discretion of Life Style Sports, where a product is determined to be faulty, we will refund your original delivery charges and you will not be charged for any extra postage costs incurred


What is your Christmas Returns Policy?


We have extended our returns policy for Christmas so you can shop early for gifts with peace of mind.

Gifts purchased Online

If you buy a gift online on or after the 14th November 2016 you can return it up until the 9th Jan 2017 or within 28 days, whichever is longer.

Gifts purchased in Store

If you buy a gift in store on or after the 14th November 2016 you can return it up until the 9th Jan 2017 or within 28 days, whichever is longer.


Is there anything else I need to know?

There are certain products that we sell that may have a slightly different returns policy. If this is the case you will be informed about it in the product description on the website.

Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy.
