Great shoe. The best that I have owned. I used to rotate between shoes but hard to not wear this one exclusively.

The Superblast 3 feels slightly more cushioned than the Gel Nimbus 27 that I bought this year. The fit is true to my normal size in ASICS. The shoe is very light weight feeling on my feet.

I ordered Women's shoe 6.5. But I received Men's 5 size, width D. I see that the website says Men's 5 is equal to Women's 6.5. But width is different. Mens standard width is D. Women's shoe standard width is B. Now I notice that the width is too wide and I do not feel supported on arch. I ran in them already. What can I do? Also, asics online ordering is disappointing. Even if I choose women's 6.5, website automatically puts M5/W6.5 at checkout. When will you learn than Men's feet and Women's feet is different? We want shoes that is made for womens.

Superblast 3 compared to Superblast 2

I have 1100 miles in the superblast 2 and 50 miles in superblast 3. superblast 3 has a better fit and holds the foot better preventing heel lift. It is also more comfortable all around. superblast 3 is much more comfortable at slower speeds.

The shoes broke down from the bottom by just running for the first day of wear

I moved from another shoe line and am not looking back!

I love the Superblast 3s! I'm heading into my 2nd half marathon with them. And I rotate them with my Novablasts my only wish is that they had more color options. I bought mine when there were only 3 and theyre a pricey shoe. But the comfort is unmatched!

I have three different colors in the Superblast 3. I rotate them in my training runs but for me, as a 250lb marathon runner, these are 10K Killers. They perform well and at that distance there are no hot spots or issues at all. For my half marathons and full marathons I rotate the Megablast. The Superblast's function as great kicks to boot with compliments galore. Well done Asics!

Heal is a little softer vs the rest of the soul, so better when walking or running vs. standing. I usually size up a half size too but they're roomier than expected so I would buy true to foot size if considering this shoe again. Very cushy ride and lighter than I expected.

I had previously had some lesser quality daily trainers, and also upgraded to the magic, speed, carbon plated shoes, and this was the perfect premium daily trainer to weave in. Training for half marathons and full marathons this provides just the right amount of protection and cushion will also giving some good bounce that translates into speed. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who is training for medium to long distances on the road and wants protection from the daily war and impact. And one of the greatest things about these shoes is that they are extremely light.

When I tried at the store, size 8 was way too big so I bought size 7.5 online since the store didn't have size 7.5. Initially the fit felt fine but after the 14 mile run, my toe was hurting badly. I asked for an exchange but ASICS refused even after escalating. I would never buy anything from ASICS again.

If I could give it a 0/5 I would. Outsole fell apart in weeks (only 25 miles) of wear and the customer service refused to give me my money back. This was the first time I have purchased a product from ASICS and I can assure you that I will not spend another CENT with this company after this experience. For a $222 shoe, I had far higher expectations and am deeply disappointed in the shoe and the company.

This is the best all around shoe for endurance training. Super lightweight and incredibly durable. This is my second pair. My first lasted over 400 miles before swapping them out.

I love ASICS but the Superblast 3 doesn't compare to the 2's. Having trained for 2 marathons in both, the 3s gave me Achilles tendinitis while the 2s don't. The 3s could be too squishy. I hope the next version of SBs is more like the 2s

I am 100% an ASICS woman however, i have worn these three times and only done 19 miles total in these and the foam is tearing apart. The comfort and style are awesome and the colors are beautiful but disappointing in the bottoms.

What an amazing shoe! I've been using another brand of shoes for years for ironman training. Decided to give the Superblast 3 a try after doing some research. Amazing fit, cushion, bounce, and feel! At 54 years old I'll be getting another color asap because of the great results so far!!

I love these, I'm going through my third pair already. I tried the Megablast and they were too tight for me, but the Superblast have been my favorite trainers and race day shoes for a reason. easy but consistent, fancy enough to make you feel like you need them, but also not overpriced. After trying "higher" shoes I just coming back to my superblasts.

Ran a marathon, half, and trained in these. I have about 400 miles on them and they are still going. About done for though. Highly recommend!

These shoes are light, responsive and if not for my overpronation would be a keeper.

Step back from SB 2nd n my opinion. They are far too soft with the new foam. Pretty disappointed with these.

I love that I can put these on any day of the week and get it done. Whether it is an easy recovery run, a tempo run, or intervals, these feel great. Unlike some other shoes I have worn, they have that comfy fit, easy to throw on and go. I have had achilles soreness for the last few years and these are like little pillows of rest that let me keep going day after day.

Honestly, these shoes are the best shoes EVER! Incredibly comfortable, and they literally put a spring back into your step. Highly recommend! You won't be sorry!

Honestly for my foot there's nothing better for long daily runs, Disneyland, and any place being on your feet all day.

The Superblast is great for long runs- nothing beats it! I did a quick 15k to test them out and they are a dream!!!!!!!! Long-distance runners- get this shoe now! I had the Superblast 2 before this one and that one was amazing too.

the shoes are great, wonderfully comfortable but the durability just not that good, the green pieces started coming off after 30km even I ran really softly in the park

As a runner 5'10 260+ this is a fantastic all around daily trainer. I've always been an avid Nike fan but decideee to make the switch and I don't regret it.
I average about a 12-13 minute mile and was able to shed it down to 11 per mile for my first 5k. The run is smooth, soft, and responsive. I'm genuinely impressed and will be buying more asics in the future.

Honestly, I don't see why anyone would pay the extra $70. I bought the same size as the pair I was replacing, hoping for an upgrade, but the Superblast felt like a downgrade from the Novablast 5. They felt tighter; while they felt great in motion, my feet started hurting after sitting idle for an hour or two. The toe box on the Novablast 5 feels much roomier. Unfortunately, I can't return my Superblasts, so I'll cut my losses and go back to the Novablast 5s. In my opinion, the Novablast 5 is the better choice for overall comfort, whether moving or sitting still. I'd recommend replacing the insoles to maximize your experience. In a perfect world, I would have swapped these for a wider size or gotten a $70 refund and exchanged them for the Novablast 5s. Overall, I'm really not happy with my purchase or the value of this product. I cannot justify why these are more expensive.

The Superblast 3 is incredibly comfortable with excellent cushioning, making long runs feel effortless. However, during tempo runs (around 4:30 min/km or faster), they require noticeably more effort to reach and hold pace. Compared to the Evo SL, they feel a heavier and less responsive at higher speeds.

Overall, they're an outstanding daily trainer-just not my first choice for faster sessions.

As a bigger guy (240) pounds these shoes are really light and the responsiveness is really top tier, the show also has really good cushion so it's been helpful with my shins and helping me run though my plantar fasciitis, 10/10 would recommend

I didn't receive the shoes I ordered. FedEx stopped updating the tracking information so I assume it was lost. ASICS is sending a replacement as a "one-time courtesy," but if it gets lost again, I'm out of luck.

Ordered them from Dick's, less than 3 months ago (got them on May 6 2026, and today is July 25 2026), and probably less than 50 miles so far on them. Barely used them outside (95% is Orange Theory + my own treadmill), and I just noticed that a green segment of the sole is unglued. Some weird abrasions on the side too…
I like them overall, but this should not be normal, and I wonder if anyone else has noticed this, or had it happen to them.

I have had my share of running shoes, and the Superblast 3 is a rare gem that only shows up once every few years. It is light, soft and bouncy, yet at the same time stable. The step-in feel is exceptional and highly refined, better than that of any other shoe I'm familiar with. The lacing system is sophisticated and designed to allow for foot swelling on long runs, while still staying snug and locked-in. The tongue is gusseted. Superblast 3 is a dedicated long tempo shoe, yet it will gracefully allow for easier paces, where its predecessor faltered. Effectively, Superblast 3 has a wide pace latitude on asphalt, and can be pushed to really hard paces (10+ mph) on the Orangetheory treadmill yet somehow still feel protective and impact-reducing to a point where it does not feel like it bottoms-out. Don't get cheap. If you're considering this shoe, by all means buy it!

I bought these shoes with hopes they would relieve some runners knee and provide comfort for my upcoming half marathon. They did just the trick! Fit to size. Well worth the money. By far my fav pair of long distance and everyday teaining shoes. Only problems I had were with asics website allowing me to checkout with the sneakers and place them in my cart.

I love everything about these shoes, except for the durability. I have just under 20 miles on them so far and the outsole in the forefoot/midfoot areas are showing noticeable signs of wear. I appreciate the grip the rubber provides, but the trade off seems to be less durability. I love the fit and experience of running in these shoes so far.

The best running shoes I've ever owned. I can use them for walking, slow running to a full marathon. The comfort and energy return is the best in the industry! It even fits my wide feet too!

My 5th pair of ASICS but 1st in the superblast series. These things instantly catapulted to my favorite daily runner. The cushion and bounce for me are spot on.

I have about 100 miles on this. I am a fan. Very comfortable. Some of the foam shows some wear in spite of rubber outsole. But the shoe has not lost new feel. I am assuming this will last at least 200 miles more. I wear them to work where I stand quite a few hours a day. Very versatile shoe. Reccommend one in every color.

Great shoe!! Although for me having severe arthritic feet by diagnose. The shoe lunges me forward as print promise, "Leap," on side of shoe. This lunge hurts as the upgrade is a support change. , I should have purchased the Super Blast 2 again because of a 8 month wear. The shoe essentially supports the ball of the foot and rocks you back on air it feels great, as this Superblast 3 Lunges you and if you jump or run this is a great shoe. Thank you

These shoes have been really great so far. My legs, knees, and ankles feel good when I run and I have shaved off minutes during training while using these shoes.

I have started running in the last year. Right now I'm putting in 30 mile weeks and these are my favorite long running shoe BY FAR! My knees don't hurt after running 10+ miles in these. They're like running on a cloud.

I can see why this shoe is sold out everywhere! Honestly the bounce is crazy. The amount of comfort this shoe brings when running is crazy. I've gone through countless shoes and finally I found the comfort I was looking for
