The adidas Door Gym uses a counterbalance system to secure itself to most doors in your home, it can also be used on the floor to give you a greater range of movement for press ups and dips, which target your chest and triceps. The bar itself is very good but lack of dimensions and lack of instructions a real problem.
This is a very good product. However the dimensions were not available for this product. I even spoke to a chat agent prior to ordering and she could not tell me the dimensions. This needs to be available as it does not fit all doors. In addition assembly is not ‘easy’ it takes quite a while and there were no instructions in the package which is really poor.

Took me awhile to find a pull up bar during this Coronavirus but found one at Lifestylesports.com/ie
It was delivered the day after I ordered it. It arrived in flat pack & it was easy to put together ! Fits my door frame perfectly & I would recommend it to anyone who loves pull ups 💪
