great over all shoe!
I absolutely love these trainers. I find them very comfortable for all movements (running, box jumps, skips, barbell) and I also find them great for lifting. I find them really supportive and not at all too cushioned (like other reviews). The inserts are really continent especially if your at a comp and want to pack minimal. I've actually not used my lifers once since having these.

The only thing I would mention is that i had to size up half a size but that wasn't a problem for me and you need to double tie the laces as they do come undone easily.

Again durability seams to be hit and miss
Can I just start by saying I love the comfort, performance and style of this shoe, but having already bought the Mat Fraser edition, the black and pink and the Jade and Gum pairs last week I can say my only concern is the durability, as the sole on my black and pink pair have already started to come away from the upper after 3 workouts, my other pairs seam to be ok as of yet. This is something I have found in the past with Metcons, some pairs can last 2 years and others a month before they start to peel, I'm not sure if nike use different adhesives on different pairs but its something they need to address to keep my confidence that these shoes will last in future, other than that these are my favourite shoes for Crossfit and weightlifting
