Best shoe I have ever had! Please don't do major changes!

I'm on my second pair of Ride 18s and owned a pair of Ride 17s prior to that. I've ran 400 miles in Ride 18s and they've been great shoes for all of my runs, both tempo and long. My feet are fairly narrow and I supinate. The Ride 18s have held up nicely and provide good support.

Love these shoes. I'm a beginner runner and these are perfect for a one shoe rotation. Super comfortable upper and good amount of cushion around the ankle. Not too squishy midsole or too firm, perfectly balanced. I will say however the foam is on the firmer side, but lot of energy return/good springy feel. Good for easy paces and faster ones, recently did a 5k in them and had no complaints.

Use for everyday running and love the feel. Only have a few miles in them so far but they feel great.

As a woman with size 47 2E feet shoes are hard to find, I bought these for everyday shoes but also occasional running and long walks. I am very new to running and all that. I am glad Saucony makes shoes in 2E and 4E sizes.

for running and long walks, I love these! they're springy and have a lot of impact absorption.

for standing. the very stiff foam (relative to my other shoes that is) makes it a bit weird to stand on for long hours, you really feel like you need to walk in these. My feet feel strange when standing for very long periods. I've had tthese shoes for only 5 days so far.

the mid-sole is TPU, which tends to last for a lot more compared to other materials. The mid-sole durability is one reason I went with this shoe. Most other options are Peba and I am afraid they'll die quickly if I'm standing on them a lot.

you might be tempted to get one of those mega couchined cloudy shoes, but those are not great for day to day use or walking depending on your body and needs, I mostly prefer them for jogging/running/springing. Nothing inherently wrong with those tho, it's all dependant on your use/body/needs.

These shoes offer a very good amount of stability for my feet. They are also decently d flexible

I am slightly worried about the upper and the outside, as the fabric is very thin and losely woven. but the advantage of this fabric is the amazing stretch and repeatability it has. despite it being too narrow my pinkie, it still feels very comfortable as my pinky barely feels the upper because it's stretchy. I also strangely find myself rubbing my heels on the ground a lot specially with stairs with these shoes, no idea why, perhaps my body is getting used to them.

another amazing thing about this shoe is the laces and the lacing system. these shoes are very easy to take off and put on and don't require trying the knot for me, yet they're stable and comfy. the laces have just the right amount of stretch to accommodate your feet without slippage and other issues. I never thought I'd compliment laces on a shoe but I love mine! they're very long so you can do all sorts of knots, they're a bit TOO long at times even but it's easy to tuck the excess.

My wish list for a next gen:
1) Slightly softer mid-sole/insole, like maybe by 15-20%? I do wonder if the foam will "break-in"
2) Waterproof/gore tex options in 2E, not only would that be great for a city like the one I live in, where it's constantly raining, but it'd make for an amazing everyday shoe too IMO.
3) A more heav-duty mid-sole
4) A wider toebox, even with the 2E my pinkies poke trough the lining a bit at times.Tthis is only slightly uncomfortable thanks to the soft upper but this will cause wear on them and it'd be a lot nicer if it just was a bit wider.

coming from very cloudy shoes, my feet felt strange after using these for a very long walk at first, but after 1-2 walks my feet and body got used to them. I just wish the foam was SLIGHTLY softer so I could deal with standing in them a lot better.

I've ran thousands of miles in Saucony over the years. My normal distance trainer was the Triumph series and I've owned 5 pairs of those. This shoe is a great distance shoe for Z2. Light and cushioned. I've hit about 5 20 milers in these and they feel great. No feet pain. I'll be buying 2 more pairs after the ones I have go

Love my new pair of Saucony's. Had been a two decade purchaser of this brand and was persuaded to try Hoka's by a friend. Purchased about 6 pair over the course of a few years and honestly liked them. Noticed they didn't last as long (from a workout perspective) as my previous Saucon brands, but they were light and had some appealing colors so I switched. Two weeks after purchasing my last pair - I noticed a stitching problem on inside of the sneaker and after sending them back at their direction (and my cost) they sent them back saying they couldn't do anything about it. That customer service and quality concern immediately had me questioning why I switched in the first place. Went back to Saucony early this spring and purchased my second pair a few weeks ago and have to say I'm glad I'm back.

I bought my first pair of the Suacony Ride 18s about 9 months ago. Put 430 miles on them and they are still in great shape for walking/weight training shoes. I also wore them for 24 consecutive hours during a no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon- and they were comfortable the entire time. The most comfortable and supportive running shoes I've ever worn. Just bought my second pair.

Have 300 miles on these shoes so far. Very happy with these shoes. Will buy again.

I'm a marathon runner who typically goes through 4 pairs of shoes a year, and the Saucony Ride 18 has quickly become my top pick. The cushioning strikes a perfect balance between comfort and responsiveness - soft enough for long runs, but still snappy on tempo days. The fit feels natural, secure, and broken-in right out of the box.

In my opinion, the Ride 18 outperforms the Hoka Clifton 9, ASICS Gel-Nimbus 26, and New Balance FuelCell models I've used. It's lighter, smoother, and the overall ride feels more stable over high mileage. For runners who want a reliable, versatile daily trainer that holds up across marathon training cycles, this one's hard to beat.

The Ride is my go to for daily runs, long runs, or easy runs. It is durable and comfortable.

Fits narrower than my Guide 17s and a little less support, but noticeably greater flex in the arch. On a superficial level, a much nicer looking shoe. Guides are boats.

Great walking shoes! I have hip and lower back arthritis. The shock absorption is amazing. It delivered low impact to my arthritic areas. Quite impressive. I walked 2.5 miles and could have walked an additional 2.5 with ease. Great shoe!

I have been very happy with the ride 18s I purchased. In my opinion, the previous medel--ride 17s-- were a big disappointment and a low point in your stream of models. I am relieved that rides have returned to their previous level of quality.

I bought these to be a cushioned trainer for longer runs, though I've by accident used them for several 5-7km faster runs. I'm very happy with them so far!
