Better than expected!!
I have had several pairs of UA shorts and have varying opinions. These, for now, are my go to shorts. I am 5'7 and got the large but feel like I should have gone with a medium. I end up rolling the shorts up half a turn at the waistband just to shorten the length a little so they are not rubbing my knees.

Missed the mark
I was excited about the features of these shorts- 7” length, side pockets, quick drying- however disappointed in the overall execution. They are not very comfortable at all and it kind of felt like I was wearing a nylon tote. The fit also didn’t work well with my body and resulted in the pockets pouching out from the sides, looking like hip wings.

Funnily enough, the part that I thought would bother me the most (the brief lining) was actually pretty comfortable. I just wish that the overall fabric and construction matched up with the comfort of the lining. I might recommend these to someone with leaner thighs than me, they’re just not flattering for my body type and didn’t have much give for activity in my opinion.

Got these shorts and went with the 7", I used to go with longer shorts but wanted to give these a try. Love the length! They are my new favourites! They wash well, I don't put them in the dryer so I hope they last a long time.
