Double check sizing
I followed the size chart and I had to return because it was too small. Reordered a size bigger and it's good now, my son loves it and he says it's warm! He's having trouble with the zipper but he'll get the hand of it . Great quality!

Smells bad, color was off
The tan color is more gray and drab in person. Smells strongly like manure. Had to return it, I'm not going to pay to dry clean a brand new jacket, especially if the color is wrong as well.

Zipper Issues by December
Ordered another coat since customer service would not refund or send a new coat. Customer service wanted me to mail grandsons coat in for possible zipper repair and leaving 5 year old with no winter coat or I had to purchase another winter coat while parka ($140.00) is possibly getting repaired. The coat should have been refunded!

Zipper broke within a month
Purchased for my 10 year old zipper broke within 30 days and the service team is no help. They were only interested in telling me what they couldn't do. This coat is fairly expensive for them to not address this issue. I'm very disappointed
