Your little adventurer will stay stylish all winter long: the hooded design features a removable faux-fur trim and utility-inspired yet functional pockets. This product was designed without any PFAS (Per- and Polyfluorinated Substances), also known as 'forever chemicals'. Instead, we use a DWR finish that allows your gear to repel water without harming the environment.

Terrible zipper, buy another brand
I bought this in October, it got cold in November and by January 3rd, the zipper was broken - about 2 months of wear. Now the warranty takes six weeks to have it fixed- not helpful in North Dakota

Good purchase
Fits perfectly and keeps him warm on the really cold playground days. My one quibble is with the double zipper. I don't think little kids need it. It just makes it more difficult for him to zip up the coat correctly on his own.

Best coat!
We live in the northeast. My son used this the first day we got it. We went for an evening walk (for about an hour) with our neighbor and it was in the low 40s/high 30s. No complaints about being cold at all. In fact, when we got home, I asked him how the coat worked and he said it kept me warm and I still am! I love that it is longer also. It is at or just above his knees so keeps cold/wind out. It has Outgrown also so happy this will last a few winters since we can extend the sleeves. If they still have when he grows out of this one, I will purchase again!

Winter must have!
This coat is a must have! I purchased the coat for my 6 year old son and he loves it as well. It's very well made and insulated for those cold days. I love the extra pockets and the size of the hood, covers his entire head. The length is perfect!

Not worth it!
I'm soooo disappointed with this coat. Beautiful coat, and it's really warm. However, NOBODY can get this zipper up!! The thing will not zip! Myself, my husband, my child's teachers all tried to get it up for several days with no luck. I got this coat to get my son through brutal days of Michigan winter, and was hoping it would last 2 winters since it expands in areas they grow the most. Unfortunately this won't even get my child through 1 Christmas! This is a lot of money for a coat that doesn't zip, and mine is not the only bad review about issues with the zipper. I bought this early for my son, as I do all school shopping early. I can't return this coat or I would! What an absolute waste of money.😔

Change the zipper
It's a great jacket but the zipper on it is super cheap!!! I don't understand why they went cheap on the zipper. Especially for you get kids. It gets stuck easily, and the zipper is super tiny making it hard for kids to zip up on there own

High quality gorgeous coat!
This coat is beautiful and warm. It came just in time for this brutal Chicago weather. My son loves it. And it fits well. I sized up to a XL and it fits him perfectly. Fits way better than NFace #TeamColumbia

Bad zipper quality
I purchased 3 of these and they all had faulty zippers and they cost almost as much to replace as buying a new replacement

Poor quality zipper
Zipper on this coat sucks. I had to return a coat last year for store credit. Repurchased the same coat and am having the same problem with the new one. You would think that with all the complaints about the zipper Columbia would fix the issue by now. Don't get me wrong the coat itself of warm IF the zipper worked. How is the insulation going to work if you can zip the coat becasue the zipper is broken. TWICE COLUMBIA…ARE YOU SERIOUS. Why does the coat need the 2 way zipper anyways?
