Got these for walking. I have a problem getting shoes suitable for walking as I broke my ankle a few years ago and it’s never been right since. I need good support in a shoe. I bought these on line ( everything closed because of COVID) I wouldn’t usually buy footwear on line but I was stuck. I went for Nike as I had a pair before and found them good. So I’d say these are true to size, got the 6. Comfortable, good arch support. Oh and I love the dusky pink colour. All in all a thumbs up from me.
