Good looking, good stability, runs small
The Metcon 8 has been shown to be good for squats, deadlift, box jump and all sorts of movements requiring stability, which is what I needed. I used for many years the Reebok Nano and decided to give the Nike Metcon a try. I like it, but I am still getting used to the difference. And it runs small. The website recommended to stick with my regular size, but my little toe has been kinda numb after approximately 40 min wearing the shoe. So definitely you need to size up.
