Good shoe
Having only bought casual Nike trainers before I opted for my usual size 7, which are usually quite roomy. With these Joyrides I find the upper makes my foot feel a little numb. I am still unsure if I should return the 7 for a 7.5 as the length of the shoe is spot on. I'm aware I have wide feet, so I bought a mens shoe as I had hoped it would run a little wider than the womens version.

Anyway, to the shoe! I have gone on a few runs with these, & they take a few miles to adapt to your foot shape, but I think mine are finally there. I am a novice runner, but it really feels like the shoe pushes you forward. I feel a lot more energy return in these than my usual Asics runners. I was worried that the rear of the shoe would cut into my heel due to the design, but I have not had any issues & they do feel very secure on foot.

Like others have said I really like these for shorter runs, & a more supportive shoe for a longer run. They are also a very smart casual trainer.

I have only marked a star down as I am disappointed that they feel a little tight. From my experience of these I will definitely be trying Nike runners in the future :)
