Daughter live this top

Runs small
This shirt is described as loose fit so I made the mistake of washing it without first trying it on in my post holiday rush. Big mistake. Doesn't fit and not exchangeable now. Got mixed messages from cust svc. First said they'd allow if good condition (never worn so I thought yay) Then told I needed receipts but as it's a gift I'm not comfortable asking giver for that. So my mistake. Nice looking but useless. Can't bring myself to buy one that fits now though.
