I got these after suffering with shin splints in body attack classes, as soon as I got these the pain disappeared. They are springy and supportive, I don't know how I did classes without them. Best purchase, thank you Nike. I got my usual size and the fit is perfect, they also do not squeak like some reviews have mentioned.

Got these for hit step and they are great very comfortable and supportive they look good too! Definitely recommend going down a half size for a better fit I might change the laces as they are a bit stretchy and come a bit loose but that's just my preference overall very pleased with my purchase

Really impressed with the comfort of these trainers & great looking too. Sturdy but comfortable fit love using these in the gym. The cut out sole makes you feel solid on your feet but due to the air bubble they are super light. Sizing is spot on I just know they will last a lot of pounding at the gym! Well done Nike a fab product!

I'll be honest, most of my trainers are for running so they're super light weight. When I first took these out of the box the first thing I noticed was how heavy they seemed! I mean, they're not heavy, but the weight was noticeable compared to running shoes. That said, it wasn't at all noticeable when I put them on.

The combination of air pods and a solid plate make these shoes incredibly comfortable to wear. The cushioning from the air pods make you feel like you're bouncing along on soft fluffy clouds (extra handy when you're doing a lot of high-impact jumps/bounces), but the addition of the plate gives a real sense of stability, so no rolled ankles or sore ligaments.

My only concern with these is how thin the outer-sole is. It's such a thin layer of rubber that I can't imagine it lasting long, especially if you're training outside. That said, I've not had these long enough to properly test this out. I'd say they're definitely more suited to indoor HIIT classes. Mine have been very welcome at Body Pump!

Overall these are really nice. Comfy, supportive and they look good. I also like that they're kinder to the environment, something which I'm increasingly conscious of.

Wow these trainers are one of the most comfy trainers I've ever worn, I used them for Netball training last week and they were some much comfier than my netball trainers.

I found running on them like running on a cloud, they were so lovely and light to run in. The grip on them was great on the outside courts.

I find with other brands that I tend to slip when running but these were just fabulous.

I cant recommend these enough, not only are they great for my netball, they're great for running and every day use.

I really like how they're really stylish without them having an overly expensive price tag, the amount of comments and compliments I recieved was ridiculous.

I'm hoping that Nike bring out some other fab colours, although I think the pink will still be my favourite 😍 ❤️

These have quickly become my favourite pair of shoes. They fit just right, if ever so slightly on the larger side but I prefer this as there is just enough excess at the toe to allow for heat and expansion.

My foot arch feels well supported and there is a rebound and bounce with every step. They are perfect for walking around town, shopping, running errands and so easy to just grab and go.

The dusky pink colour is great and desirebly feminine as a chunky shoe made for women. The mid sole gap design is unusual provides lift and attracts comment from others. The build is solid and feels incredibly well made.

I would highly recommend this shoe to any busy active female looking for a comfortable well designed trainer.

I'm a runner, gym goer (training) and pilates lover always on the look out for lightweight, comfy and amazing looking trainers that will enhance my workout performance.

These Zooms are great for all different forms of exercise.

The shoe design for me is a 10/10 - really eye-catching and on-trend.

I particularly love the thick sole - very flattering on the legs and glutes, giving you that extra lift (us girls love that). The cut out section in the platform sole reduces the weight and bulkiness. I love the finely speckled design on the sole too.

The material is really high quality and breathable - no sweaty feet after a heavy workout or run!

The raspberry colour is gorgeous and goes with pretty much all my gym wear - not too luminous but attention grabbing (I've had multiple compliments in the gym!). I love the subtle white Nike logos too. Looks great against the pop of hot pink on the zoom sole bubble too.

Functionality is 8/10 - they are really lightweight which is perfect for all sorts of workouts, but I did find the base of the sole under the arch of the foot to be slightly rigid when running - but perhaps they need some wear!

In terms of fit and sizing - they are extremely comfortable. I did, however, find they came up slightly big around the toes with lots of room on length and width. I would want to downsize half a size. My mum is also a size 5.5 and I asked her to try them and she felt the same too - came up big.

My favourite thing about the product is the thick sole and pink colour. They stand out from other trainers and brands on the market currently!

If they were a true fit to size and had a slightly less rigid sole it would be a 5/5 from me.

When I opened the box I was immediately struck by the baby pink and white colour way! The white soles against the pink back drop make the trainers really pop and catch the eye. In terms of the fit, these shoes are one of the most comfortable pairs I have ever worn! The outer fabric shell is breathable and flexible which supports both day to day movements and the most robust exercises. The chunky sole is springy which is perfect for busting out that last rep (or whizzing around the supermarket)! As a fashion conscious and active mum of two, these pair perfectly with my on the go lifestyle. The flash of colour brings character to any outfit. In all honesty the only thing I'd change is how many pairs I own, I love them!!

Overall, a solid, supportive gym shoe.

Shoes have a feel of good quality and seem to be durable based on a couple of weeks in the gym.
The fit is good and true to size. The feel takes a little getting used to compared to other shoes but after a few sessions, you come to appreciate it he air zoom. They have real bounce.

Design wise, they look great. Choice of colours good. And they work with most outfits.

Overall, was very pleased with these. I found them great for gym but probably wouldn't wear them outside of the gym.

I was sceptical on these trainers lasting due to them being around twenty percent recycled materials but WOW was I wrong. I spend around eight hours a day at work on my feet and moving around so require something very comfortable and supportive as well as low key. These surpass that by a mile. The trainers wrap around your feet and support them with every move. They are light enough to let my feet breathe but sturdy enough to survive the day to day wear at work. The colour scheme and branding are present but not over the top. I would highly recommend these for anyone wanting comfort and reliability

size - my girlfriend is a UK 6 in Nike shoes but she found these to be slightly bigger than she expected around the toe, maybe due to the shoe being a square shape towards the toe but these aren't too big that they affect comfort as her heels and ankles feel secure and supported. My mum also wears a UK 6 in Nike and says they feel larger than usual.

colour - the colour is really attractive as it's not too bright so it can be worn with other colours of gym clothes in my wardrobe but also eye catching.

Overall, she liked the extra height added with the small platform on the shoe and they feel comfortable to wear whilst exercising. They feel as though they run slightly large but are a more comfy fit when worn with thick socks.

I fell in love with the colour of these at first sight. Stunning! The quality was everything you would expect from a good pair of trainers. They looked a bit chunky but once they are on, you can feel how stable they are. I personally wouldn't run in these as I prefer to use trainers built specifically for running, but they are perfect for a HIIT workout.
The sizing came up quite big compared to my other Nike trainers. I would definitely recommend sticking to your normal size or perhaps dropping by half!

These trainers run large which makes them look and feel bulky. I found the trainer quite flat which is what I expect from a gym shoe, I would not recommend running or higher impact exercise in these.
I was not a fan of the pink colour, however would consider a more neutral tone.

The shoes are really cool and look so flash. The material that they are made of is really nice I can tell that the material is well lasting, this is the upper and the sole especially. I am questioning the material of the laces as it feels they will catch easily. In terms of the fit and feel they defiantly run big- I am a 4.5 and I feel they fit like a 5. As a regular gym go-er I found I was confused of their function, I wouldn't say they're runners but they have a lot of cushioning. I do a lot of squats and going that there was too much and for quick directional changes they were a bit too high and made me feel a bit unstable. They have a great spring but again advertised as HiiT shoes I felt the cushioning did make me feel unstable in landing in jumps and quick movements.

They are very comfy and look so cool great for general bobbing about day to day and for the casual trainers in the gym.

My favourite part of them is the air cushion in between the sole and the upper- I think it is a really good design element and looks super cool even if it stacks the sole up a bit. If I could change anything I would look for less cushioning especially for a workout type of shoe, it is hard to perform lateral movements and exercises in them and these are present in HiIT classes a lot.

I honestly love these shoes!! They are firmly my new go-to workout trainers. The colourway is super fun and really add to your workout attire. Ive gotten lots of comments from people on just how great they look!

They are a little unique in their shape, but after wearing them for a few hours you really appreciate the design. They're lightweight (which surprised me as they look a little chunky), plus the cushioned heel and bounce from the middle offered amazing support for high impact exercise. I mainly tested with skipping during martial arts classes and during a few outdoor, short runs (nothing over 5km) and found them behind comfy to wear. As someone who's had major knee surgeries, the high arch support was a game changer in stopping me over turning my ankles.

They do run a tad big though, so I'd recommend going half a size down, or being prepared to wear a thicker sock to compensate.

These trainers are great for the gym when doing workouts such as circuits, or other exercise classes. They're comfortable, lightweight and breathable and add a spring to your step. My feet feel secure and don't slide around in these trainers as I exercise. The split sole makes them perfect when doing things like push ups and plans and they don't appear to crease easily as mine are yet to have any creases and I've used them lots. The only thing I would say is they're definitely not a trainer suited to a weighted work out such as leg day - as the sole isn't flat these trainers don't allow for you to get the right distribution of weight and I found I needed to take them off when using machines such as seated leg press. I now just use them for classes and have another pair of trainers for when I am using machines. Overall a great pair of trainers that do exactly as is promised in their description!

What a treat for the feet! I was a bit sceptical at first as they looked quite chunky but when they are in your hand they look and feel great.
The shoe is really comfy and supportive, keeps you foot locked in place and gives you the confidence when working out to get the box jumps done but also any side steps or lateral movements you do your feet feel planted. Also my feet were bone dry even after long workouts. The cushioning is really springy and absorbs impacts like box jumps well.
Another thing I love is how versatile the shoe is, you can wear it for HIIT, running or causally. I've had lots of comments about how nice they are when I've worn them.

This really is a great pair of shoes. To start with, they look really great on foot. They've got a really unique design without being too out there. The colour is so nice that it's actually worked out really well as a casual shoe as well as a workout shoe. It's been used for everything from body pump classes, to treadmill runs, dog walks, and shopping trips.
The upper isn't overly stretchy like some knit uppers, but it fits just right and seems to be put together well. The airpods under the forefoot have also held up so far with no issues.
The only problem they've caused in our house is that there doesn't seem to be a mens version!!! I don't have a problem nitpicking and finding fault, but these genuinely seem to be great. No complaints here.

These trainers are so comfortable and versatile. They are perfect for lifting weights and doing fully body weighted workouts. I definitely recommend these for this type of training. I have also been wearing them to go for long walks with the pram and they are very comfortable. Perfect for every day wear!

These shoes are amazing the colour way ! The confort the fact that they have part recycled materials ! The Nike super rep is amazing ! I always use various Nike products bur air zoom is a game changer ! The shape of the shoe takes a little getting used to but once you adjust for comfort and explosive movements these are unmatched ! I know need to add more colour ways to my collection ! I'm looking into the running shoes for my marathon definitely an upgrade you can't go back to no air zoom once you try !

one of the BEST all round gym trainers I've experienced for a while, great support , so comfortable made a 5k run extra enjoyable and perfect for leg day! "Just like running on air" the chunky design is spot on trend!

Felt comfortable when wearing, nice style and looks really good with gym leggings. Ideal trainers for running as gives a good lift. First thing I noticed when putting them on was how bouncy they were, which gives me the confidence that these shoes will offer an extra level of protection when partaking in impact sports & exercises.

Only slight niggle is that the heel projects out a bit at the back, I noticed when walking down stairs I needed to be extra careful.

These trainers are very comfortable for all types of activities. I find them great for running, regardless if I'm doing endurance training or sprinting. They are at the same time perfect in the gym or during a long walk. I really like the futuristic design of the sole. Something to keep in mind is that they wear slightly large, so I would recommend going half a size lower.

When I first tried on the Zoom SuperRep 4s I was amazed by how light they felt. I have never tried on another trainer like it, with it cushioning on the heel area, natural bounce in the middle of the shoe (with the distinctive bridge design) and the front of the shoe which almost encourages a rocking motion propelling you forward. All these elements encourage me to stand upright with better posture, which ensures a better workout.

I am really impressed with these trainers. I am someone who undertakes a variety of different exercise types (weight lifting, dance HIIT, badminton and running) 5+ times a week at a high level of intensity (average heart rate of 170BPM+ for an hour session).

I am very conscious of the sport trainers I buy and wear as I often find trainers are not wide enough and make my feet ache. I have not experienced this with these trainers, they are incredible comfortable. I have wide feet and ordered my usual size (UK4.5) and they fit perfectly, my experience is they are true to size. The structure of the shoe means when the laces are tied the ankle is well supported and is encouraged to stay upright as opposed to leaning inwards (naturally my feet do this). I have worn these shoes 4+ times a week for the past several weeks and they have not creased or shown any real signs of wear which is impressive.

I have had several comments on these shoes, particularly the colour which is striking. I have worn them in a variety of activities and weather conditions, including accidentally standing in a puddle and the fabric has not been marked by this and my foot was fairly dry afterwards.

The one area of the shoes I would highlight is the squeakiness of the soles, particularly in a gym or studio environment. For the first wears they were fairly squeaky, the more I have worn them seems to have reduced the noise but this was something I and others noticed.

I would genuinely recommend these trainers for those like myself who undertake a variety of high intensity exercise types on a regular basis. I believe they are value for money, hardwearing and appear to be long lasting. I am a big supporter of these trainers and would absolutely buy them again!

These were perfect for my strength and cardio days.
I was looking for a pair of functional trainers that looked pretty cool at the same time and these tick all the boxes.

The colour is striking enough to turn heads but not too pink to scream Barbie. I think they'd look better with white laces, but that's just personal preference.

The open weave fabric helps them breathe and I think makes them a more mature choice and positioning of the swoosh cements them as in mistakably Nike.

Comfort wise, I expected them to be quite stiff and heavy due to the chunky sole and the bubble structure but as soon as I started running in them I was proved wrong. These are like slippers. They couldn't be any lighter.

Altogether a fantastic choice, whether you're running for the bus or skipping in the gym.

The shoes fit true to size and felt amazing under foot instantly, providing a cloud like feel with enough rigidity to plant your feet comfortably when lifting weights but light enough to move quickly during circuits. The shoe it's self is solid and the pink colour way makes it that bit better.

Right, so I've personally never had a shoe like this. Now, for a little background, I had an ankle operation a few years back after a tennis accident. Generally speaking, I'll wear Air Force 1's pretty much all the time and I don't have anything special for HIIT workouts. I find it difficult to find a shoe that feels supportive but is actually comfortable on the soles of my feet too.

BUT THIS SHOE! It caught me completely by surprise and a GREAT surprise at that! Not only is this shoe super comfortable for HIIT training but I also took it on holiday with me to Valencia recently and it is BEYOND comfortable when it comes to walking around ALL day. It has a natural arch support which is great for people like me who are naturally flat footed and it kind of just feels like I'm walking on a super soft surface at all times. I love it. I don't really know what more I can say. And the appearance gives this ultimate athlete type of vibe that had me feeling myself the entire time.

This shoe fits rather a size 5 than a size 4. It is very comfortable and I love the bounciness of the shoe. It feels like there are trampolines on my feet! Every step makes me spring into the next and encourages me to keep walking. It is nicely cushioned and I love the colour.
