7 was a perfect fit. Very comfortable. I use for treadmill running and general gym workouts. Fit is great & slightly wide. Laces stay tied properly from start to finish of 5k. Seem like good quality & very supportive. Availed of free next day delivery which was superb. I returned size 6 to store. Staff were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly.
