Material is scratchy for big thighs
I wanted to like these shorts, they functioned okay but I'm worried that the waist won't hold up long. Most importantly though, my thighs rub and the material feels awful. It's not soft material, it feels a little like sandpaper rubbing together. IJS, I have other UA gear and these don't live up to my expectations.

I was looking for running shorts. When i saw these online i thought they were specifically bike shorts. They dont have padding and are a great fit and very comfortable for my long diatance running. No chaffing and great support.

Awesome shorts!
These shorts are super comfortable for all kinds of activities. Fit true to size. I wear them for my gym workouts, on the elliptical, on my bike and for running. Waistband stays in place and even more importantly, they do NOT ride up. Total comfort and they don't show sweat, not even the lighter colours. Love these multi-functional shorts and you will, too.

Fabric pilling after 2 months
These fit and feel great, but after only 2 months the fabric is pilling right on the front of the thigh where there is no friction or any reason for the fabric to wear out. I wasn't even using these shorts for cycling. None of my other shorts do this from other brands. It's my first time buying UA for myself, not satisfied

These are different from other heat gear compression shorts I have purchased in the past, The older version had a slick fabric made from nylon and elastene that was very compressive and worked perfect for my needs. These are not slick and they don't offer much in compression. Really wanting the older version, sending these back. Also, this day and age-all bike shorts should have side pockets for a phone.

Not a shorts person but love these
I typically don't wear shorts as I find it hard to find the right coverage/fit for my lower body and rarely feel comfortable wearing anything above my knees, but I LOVE these bike shorts and how they fit. The longer length makes them super functional but the cut is also really flattering. The waistband is non slip and you get just the right amount of coverage in these.
