Womens Puffect Mid Hooded Jacket

I bought this jacket nearly three years ago. It has held up!! I have worn it literally all the time and the only sign of wear it shows is the logo peeling off a bit. I've taken this coat across the country and internationally, in all sorts of weather and terrain - it is not waterproof but definitely keeps you warm and comfortable outside of that. It is lightweight, leaves room for layers, and fits well enough that you can still move around easily. Three years of being my go-to jacket warranted me coming back now to review. Absolutely love it and will be buying another in the future.

This jackets fits big, if you want a fitted look go down a size, don't know what's going on with Columbia sizing some items run big & some small. But overall it's a warm jacket it hit right above me knee

Ok, so read a lot of the reviews before ordering. They were right! It's big :) I'm 5'8" and about 155lbs with big shoulders - the medium fits perfect even with layering under. Maybe not a real bulky sweater, but my usual tee and sweatshirt are ok.

I bought this about two weeks ago && I love it I'm 5"0 110-123lbs I got the xs it fits really nice the small would've been way to big on me I can put a light hoodie on underneath if I wanted to also good for Michigan weather....I love it

I purchased this coat in 2/21 by the next month the stitches in the shoulder begin to come apart. I still have not received a response.

For some reference: I'm 5'2 and 125 lbs. At first when I put it on I thought it was too big but everyone in my family thought it looked nice. It's definitely warm since its a longer jacket. I think I think a S is perfect for me because the arm length is long enough. It's so stylish too~ I want to buy more jackets from Columbia haha. Can't wait to wear it !!

I bought the purple size extra small after reading the reviews. Everyone said this was big and to size down. I'm normally a small but bought a size extra small, I wish they had an XXS. I'm 4ft 11inches tall and 120Ibs. The extra small was still really big on me. Lots of room for layering. The color is so very pretty though! This is one of the warmest coats I have brought from Columbia. I feel the heat as soon as I put the coat on. Its a puffy coat and not very flattering on the body. I feel fat in it. No cool inside pockets or drawstring on the bottom or any cool features. This is just a very plain puffy coat. But it does keep you very warm which is what i need. I will probably buy the black one soon unless I can find another style that is equally as warm but more flattering and cute.

This jacket is very light but extremely warm. Perfect for a cold, windy Midwest winter day . Fits perfectly to wear a sweater underneath if needed. Also perfect for walking and riding public transportation. No wind goes up back. Highly recommend!!

The great jacket I ever had. It's very soft and warm. It is perfect for winter.

Love the color and I think it will be warm for my shoveling. Hard to find a longer jacket and this fills the bill!

This is the perfect length for warmth.

I usually wear size medium but I bought small because of reviews. If you want it loose get your size if not get size small. It's really good quality. I bought it for my Iceland trip, however it was canceled because of Coronavirus. I'll use it next year hopefully.

This cost is warm, longer in length and still stylish!!!! Buy 1 size smaller because it runs kind of big!!!! Out of all the coats I've brought from the company this by far is my favorite

I'm very happy with this purchase! I was looking for a warm down jacket that wasn't as expensive as some other brands like North Face or Patagonia, and I'm glad I found this one. It's very warm, packable, and dependable- I think I've worn it every day since I bought it.

I got the XL, because I wear alot of sweaters/sweatshirts in the winter. It's a bit big with a tshirt on. So I would say the XL fits true to size. If I would have purchased a LG I feel it would have been snug with alot of clothes on underneath. I really Love it, warm and comfy.

I have this same jacket but the shorter one. This one is perfect bc on the windy days it covers my behind and it's still warm and fluffy! Also, the hood fits better on this jacket- It stays on my head. I also love that the pockets have a different material so it keeps my hands warm without pocket warmers and gloves. 9/10

I got the purple color. It's beautiful & flattering. I bought the small. Am normally a size 8 and can say the small fits perfectly, not snugly, and I can comfortably wear sweaters underneath. So I would say it runs a little larger than other brands. Also it's so warm and comfortable. Like being wrapped in a pillow:)

Well designed, well manufactured, with a great length, and included hood. The jacket came well packaged and on time.

This jacket met my criteria for a perfect fit. It has long length in the back to cover your behind. It has long sleeves with gathered cuffs. The double zip zipper is convenient for sitting in the car. The zippered pockets are ample. The weight is not too heavy, great for wearing over comfy sweaters or sweatshirts. Love this coat!

Living in Florida I was looking for an all around jacket for travel . It has a puffer look and next step up from light jacket . I like the mid thigh length and hood . What more can I ask for !! Using this jacket on my Antartica trip . Look no further . With a Columbia product there is no disappointment!

The coat is purrfect. It comfortable, it moves with you. It's not bulky or heavy. Correct length and you can drive in it with ease. Love it. I would purchase it again.

Had to return for a larger size...turns out Columbia runs a little small. From now on we'll order a size up. LOVE the puffiness of this jacket, and the color is beautiful. Quality, warm jacket for lots of winters to come!

I have a shorter version of a Columbia coat and really like it and I was wanting something a little bit longer and this coat is the perfect length and is warm and stylish.

I was nervous that it made a friction sound when buying it. Better than it looks. Lightweight comfortable walking is suitable for rain and cold weather.

I love the color. Just right for temperatures 45 and above. I bought this for a weekend trip in Mammoth. I wanted a light weight jacket and just what I wanted.

This coat was on deep discount and the quality of so many brands has fallen sharply in the last 20 years that I wasn't expecting much. I'm happy to say I was surprised at the high quality of this coat. It even looks better in person than in the pictures.

This jacket is the best one ever!!!! I got it because i was going to colorado and needed something that would really help with the cold and this did an amazing job i wasn't cold at all and didn't need to wear tons of clothes under! I got it in the Crystal Blue color and it was beautiful just like the picture. I did get it in a Small so i wouldn't be uncomfortable but I could have gotten an XS (my size) and would have still be more than comfortable.

This coat is warm and functional. Not to bulky as some puffer coats. Great for walking in the early morning.

I have this piece in the shorter version in raw honey. Wish the mid version would have had that color too! But I opted to buy Red Lilly and then couldn't decide on that or Beet. Ordered both intending to send one back but I ended up keeping them BOTH. They are both so lovely that I just couldn't choose. Excessive, yes! Oh well. The coat does run a full size large, just like the shorter version. I'm a small and had to get an extra-small and still have plenty of space to layer and move around. It is such a fun coat and feels really good on. Can't attest to the warmth factor yet but I'm sure it will be just fine. LOVE them!!!

Currently living in Milwaukee and was only looking at very expensive jackets for the winter (I am from Texas). I came across this jacket for a great price and tried it. Have not had a cold day since! Runs a little big I think I could've done with a small but a medium has been doing the job just fine.

I purchased this coat in a rush... my daughter lost her coat and she needed one fast. I really didnt do much searching, I found this one, ordered it and she loves it! It's long , covers her up and keeps her warm ! Perfect!

Warmest coat I have ever owned. I am a soccer coach and am outside more than usual and Kansas weather can be very random this coat keeps me warm regardless of the wind chill. Great purchase! Super warm! Easy purchasing and easy delivery! Would highly recommend.

This jacket is so comfortable, cute and perfect length. Nothing that I don't like about this puffy jacket. Ordered size small and true to size. Live in Northern California/Oregon border where we get a lot of snow and this keeps me warm.
