That's why we took the stable, triangular base of UA TriBase™ and added a larger external heel counter, more rubber traction in a sawtooth pattern and a stretchy, knitted upper to lock you in. With greater grip and durability, all you'll see is gains. UA TriBase™ maximises ground contact, promotes natural motion & provides flexibility to grip during lifts. Larger external heel counter & collar height for increased stability & heel lock-in. Engineered zonal flex & traction in the forefoot allows for greater mobility & added grip.

The shoes I never knew I needed
I’ve always used just a basic running shoe for all of my workouts. Never saw the point in getting training shoes. I decided to just go for it and see if they made any difference and they 100% do. They’re great for jump roping, cycling, and any form of leg exercises. Gives me a greater sense of balance, especially when doing squats. I wear an 8.5 in pretty much every brand and that’s what I went with and they could not fit better!!

Reign 2 fan for life!!
I absolutely love my Reign 2’s! The “sock-like” top is so comfy and secure holds tight even during sprints and box jumps. Toe box is nice and wide and the bottoms are secure and stable for Olympic lifting. I used to exclusively wear Redbox Nano’s but I have definitely been converted to Under Armour’s Reign 2s!! I cannot wait to buy my next pair. True to size for me!

These are very comfortable, stylish, and worth every penny!

Tip for first time UA shoe buyers:

I have noticed with UA I’ve had to go a half size up in all shoes compared to other brands of athletic shoes I’ve bought, I realized after I bought a different pair and had to return. However, it’s totally worth it.

Brilliant - I got a size smaller as they are a generous fit
This workout shoe really fits the bill. At €120 it was the higher end of what I would normally pay for training shoes. Saying that, I am fussy. I wanted a shoe with sufficient toe space for my rectangular feet ☺️I also wanted to be able to remove the insole (so I can put in my own prescription insole, I am a ‘pronater’). And enough support under & around my heel & ankle. All that and it looks great!

Fantastic Functional Training Shoe
I love this shoe, it's my go-to for daily training. Rope climbs, pistols, box jumps, light running, lateral movement, olympic weightlifting... this shoe hold up. I I liked the first version of this shoe too, but the TriBase Reign 2 definitely offers some worthy upgrades. Super happy with the performance of this shoe.
