I use this watch primarily for running and was a little worried since it weighs a little more than the forerunner series of watches. I quickly adjusted to the weight and I love the longer battery life. I felt I was charging my last Garmin 3 to 4 times a week and now it is once to twice a week. I run about 6 hours a week using both GPS and music. It has a bright display and is intuitive to use. Storage is great for all my music. I feel it is sturdier than the forerunner series that I used previously. I love to look at all the extra data that I get from the Fenix 7s. I have a small wrist for a guy so the size is just right for me. Overall couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I've owned several Garmins and other brands of smart watches. The Fenix 7 is the best of the best.

Christmas gift. I love the data provided about sleep quality, heart data, smart features.

Having never had a smart watch before the Fenix is a great addition to how I attack each day. It linked with strava and Zwift with relative ease making heart rate data available on all of my logged rides.

Smart features that work with my phone include text messages, find my phone (so long as garmin connect feature is running in the background), and calendar.

I plan on using the map feature once winter breaks.

So far so good. I'm very pleased with this compared to what an Apple Watch provides.

I bought a Fenix 7S in June and it stopped working in December. This was an exchange/replacement for the previous one. It seems to be working fine except the battery doesn't seem to last as long as the other one. The watch has very nice features when it is fully working The exchange process has not been smooth

I got this for Christmas & love it. It's so helpful in my running, keeping track of my sleep & training. There are so many features & the great Garmin name I know & trust

I was given the Fénix 7 I can't get the darn thing to work! Instructions are in small type and the phone doesn't behave itself! Last night it attacked my wife! It was on Her wrist and she I said it just jumped on there!

Very functional with lots of utility. My only complaint is it needs a longer 20mm quick attach band. The band it came with only has about 4 notches remaining on my wrist which is barely enough to catch the band strap

My hopes and faith in owning my first smart watch were high, but, I'm not a fan. I own several Apple devices plus Tag, Rolex, and Tissot watches so I have more than average knowledge of both watches and electronic devices.

I received this watch as a gift, and it worked fine for the first couple days. After that it would only charge about 10%. There are lots of forums addressing this issue but none of the fixes work for me. I will be calling Support to get it repaired or replaced but it will not become a watch that I wear daily as my trust for it is low.

I have used many Garmin watch products over the last +-15 years. My latest Fenix 7 sets the benchmark. The extensive features and functions gets me excited to hit the road running or cycling more often.

I bought this watch primarily to help me monitor my health metrics (sleep, heart rate, etc...) and also to keep track of my outdoor activities (running, mountain bike, horseback riding, hiking...). It does all of that and more. I LOVE the daily suggested workouts. I wish there was a way to get rid of some of the extra things, like golf, which I will never use, but whatever. It was a tough decision between the Venu 3 and this, because the Venu has some features I wanted that isn't available on the Fenix, but ultimately the sports on this one won out. I am still learning all the settings and how to do things, but I'm confident that once I figure it out, this will do all the things I want it to. It's very capable while also being a nice looking watch for everyday wear. I love that my watch supports horseback riding, because a lot of other fitness platforms don't.

Was planning on a new Venu, since this was the same sale price I decided this was a better deal. So far I like it, probably more than I need. Can't wait to try it on all my summer activities. I think it is dressier than the Venu that I had.

Purchased Fenix 7S for me and my wife because we were tired of Siri constantly trying to insert herself into our daily conversations.

It was astounding to see all of the health data on the watch for workouts, sleep, stress, and ability to recover to mention a few. It is so far advanced compared to the Apple Watch without the invasion into your privacy. If you are into fitness and learning more about your body and how it responds to each workout take the plunge into the world of Garmin.

I've used a vivoactive for years and liked it. I've started doing more trails and needed a solid GPS function and battery life and this has been phenomenal. The price tag initially hurt but considering I used my vivoactive for hundreds of miles and daily use, I would say that I got maximum utility out of the product. Considering I plan on wearing this watch everyday and using it for long distance runs as well as health tracking everyday for the next several years I believe the value exceeds the initial price tag. It may be inexpensive for some but I try to be as shrewd as possible spending money on myself and what in my head was a luxury item. The watch has now become a necessity.

I bought it a few weeks ago, swapping from an apple watch, and it is amazing. Great for customizing runs where I want to keep my HR low without having to look at my watch the entire time - it'll alert you when you're out of range. Building workouts (speed runs, weight lighting) in the connect app and having them on your watch is incredibly user friendly and great for the gym to not stare at your phone the entire time, or time yourself on an interval run. The DATA - in no short supply either from sleep, training readiness, etc.

I bought this a few weeks ago. My only disappointment is that it only has 16G memory

Best device I have ever worn. This is the 5th Garmin I have owned and it does everything I want plus more! I'm still learning the features but the fact that the battery has such a long life is the best thing so far!

I really like so many things about this watch. Loving the music feature. Wallet pay feature is great. These are great upgrades to the Phoenix five that I had previously. Of course it has all the features for tracking, hiking running, etc. that I'm used to. Unfortunately the start stop button is not working so I cannot reliably turn it on to start timing my runs our hikes. Plan to work with company on exchanging for a new one.

I was looking for a replacement of my whoop. tired of subscription! The fenix does more and I believe it is more accurate then the whoop! Def highly recommend it!!

Upgraded from Fenix 3. The size of the 7s is fantastic. The watch face is clear and easy to see. I bought it for the Training readiness and HRV data, which so far seem repeatable.

I feel like to start a workout and save them, it's more button pushes, because it gives you more options (like restart later).

I bought the fenix7s less than one month ago, while I love so many features I am debating sending it back. The weather never syncs, my texts, phone calls and notifications stopped coming through now as well. I wanted to love it but it's not cheap. The battery life is already becoming less and less as well. I had to charge after 3 days again.

Haven't been able to use all the features but everything so far has been great! Step up form my forerunner 645. The touchscreen is really nice... Use it more than I thought. And hotkeys makes it easy to turn off along with making quick access to other commonly used functions. Only downside is I can't use the watch and I had from my previous watch.

Accurately tracks my indoor and outdoor workouts. Included maps are very helpful of my off road bike rides.

I've been using this watch a few weeks now. My only complaint is sometimes my workouts do not download and I have to restart the watch and my phone to get them to sync. Not really sure why. I used the Fenix 5s for 4 years before this with no sync issues.

Runing and biking not hard to track but skiing and golf. Love the tracking while skiing

I had the Fenix 5 and really liked it. It was time to upgrade and so happy with the Fenix 7S. Love the touch screen and all the added features from my older model. Size is perfect as well! I will enjoy this watch for a long time.

The watch is great, but I do not feel like there is an ample amount of guidance out there on hot to use it efficiently. Also, the watch must be charged every three days. Not a long batter life at all.

I've had an Apple Watch since they have come out, decided to change things up with a Garmin and glad I did!! All these features I have been missing…. I play a lot of golf and I'm active the Fenix 7 comes ready for what I need right out of the box no new apps to download etc… best purchase in a while never goin back to Apple!

After a big debate between Garmin and Apple Watch years ago, I became a long time Apple Watch guy. After all these years, I decided that I wanted to get into a Garmin since I used so few of the Apple Watch features and used it predominantly for fitness tracking. I couldn't be happier that I made the switch. I still get the notifications that I'm accustomed to seeing, but I get so much more data about my fitness. Oh, and the battery lasting a week between charges is a huge bonus! So glad that I bought this watch and I'm kicking myself for not getting a Garmin years ago.

I recently received a Fenix 7S for a gift. The features and data received when connected to my bike's power meter and Garmin heart rate monitor has provided even better knowledge of training and rest needed.

The most important thing for me was the heart rate while working out. And it would just stop taking it. It did it all the time. But if you don't care about.that. it's a nice watch

Love the look and style of the watch. The battery life is Amazing. It definitely has more features that my Apple Watch did not have, however it's not very user friendly to set up or make changes to the face etc. I also wish I could add my Amex to it to pay for things. I like that it pairs with my phone and actually like that I view the texts not respond. The Apple Watch has that feature but I think it's a distraction. I also like when it alerts me when my phone is ringing. I typically have my phone on silent so it's nice to see/feel that I have a call coming in. I don't feel as stressed to immediately respond to non urgent texts or calls. The alarm is also great. Much better than having my phone next to me when I'm supposed to be sleeping. I purchased the watch to replace my Apple Watch and I'm very happy that I made the switch.

I like the watch. It does so much more than I can figure out.... For example, I would like to get it set up to check on my sleep. And I am not able to navigate very well. Probably I should google and get some lessons.

I've had the Fenix 5s and the Vivoactive Music 3 and now I am happy to have the Fenix 7s. The main reason I bought the Fenix is battery life. I run 18 mile trail races while listening to music so I wanted a watch that could get all my data, provide music, and have some life afterwards. I mountain bike a lot and my frustration is with the thickness and weight of the watch. On the descent the watch bounces and pushes into my wrist and hand, sometimes pushing the start/stop button without my knowledge. I did rotate my brake levers and that helped but the watch still moves as I go over rocks, tree roots, etc. I hope in the future Garmin is able to decrease the weight of the watch so it will stay put better on a small wrist. I really hope Garmin will keep in mind that many of its users have small wrists.

I'm using my fénix 7s since two weeks ago daily. I'm a runner. Great features, improved display-used to have a fénix 5.

This is my second Garmin Fenix... I wear it 24/7. I owned a Fenix 5S the last five years and the Fenix 7S is the upgrade I was waiting for. The new sensor, touch screen and Garmin's outstanding performance… I am absolutely in love with my new watch.

Love the touch screen. Love the features. This is my 5th and favorite Garmin watch. Personally I like the NON-Sapphire/Solar (standard) version the best because the screen is much brighter. I just put a screen protector on it.

I have had my Fenix 7S for a month now and am still learning new things. It's my first smart watch. It's easy to read, intuitive and fun to analyze the data. I don't understand everything yet or how to apply the knowledge to improve my training but it's easy to learn more through Connect. I love it! It's amazing all the things it can do.

I've had the Fenix 7s for about a month and it has exceeded my expectations. It has tons of actually useful features and metrics and it interfaces pretty seamlessly with both Strava and Peloton. Health and workout tracking data is excellent as you'd expect, but I've also found that the sleep tracking and 'recommendation' features are better and more useful than expected. Garmin Pay works everywhere I've tried it so far. You can't text directly from the watch, but I don't miss that and it's a small trade-off for the other features gained, in my opinion. The transflective display looks great outside in bright sunlight, but coming from an Apple Watch it looks dim inside and takes some getting used to. I also tried the Garmin Epic gen 2 which has a bright beautiful display, but it's case is 5mm bigger and heavier, so the Fenix 7s was more comfortable for me (I'm 5'9", 155 lbs). Garmin, if you want to squeeze another $900 out of me, make the Epic in a 42mm case! Addition of MTB jumps feature would be nice, but I understand that's complicated and unreliable on a watch. Watch bands are super easy to switch out - I have some 'workout' bands and some 'work' bands. Overall, one of my favorite pieces of gear.

Had I known another app it would have helped. I'm learning bit there is a curve

3 weeks into the use of this watch, I am loving it more and more as I use it in different activities. The display is just the right type (touch, buttons, brightness) for my most day to day use. A must have for any one looking for running and multi-sport watch.

I love this device! It's holding me more accountable to my health goals and gives me great insight into my workouts and sleep.
