I ordered on shirt which was good value at the price. However, I received two of the same shirt and was charged for two. When I was going through the payment step on-line there was an error message so I went through it again and it was accepted. It looks like the error message still accepted the payment. Maybe your online purchasing system could be improved on to avoid same?
