These kicks are the real deal! First and foremost they look awesome, I love the contrast between the deep dark colours alongside the lighter transparent sole. SMART!
I was particularly impressed by the main fabric textures; hardwearing and spruce up beautifully even after a day "stravaigin" in the wet weather.
I'm all things comfort! These shoes have it in abundance, massively valued by someone like myself who is on the move all day! The small sidewall padded supports make such a difference.
One small suggestion would be to include a pair of black laces for those who like to change it up now and again, could add something different for the right occasion.
Overall, having never had a pair of Nike Air Max Terrascape 90, its a massive yes from me being a 90s kid. Massive thank you for the chance to test these!

I love air max 90, and was undecided about getting the Terrascape pair, I loved the colours, but had read reviews about the first releases, and they were more negative than positive. I was updating my trainer range so purchased two pairs, they are great, I did go one size up, although there was no need true to size would fit, very comfortable and look good. I would recommend them.

I find these trainers very comfortable for a variety of activities! They also have a very cool design and use of different materials which is refreshing. The size is spot on and I had no issues with blisters or sore spots. Would recommend these trainers!

Fit and Feel

I used these shoes as a daily sneakers and also on a few hikes. When I tried them on for the fist time, the overall fit felt secure, hugging my feet without any tightness. I did experience heel slippage, I changed up the way I laced them and that resolved the issue.

Really great Air max. They fit true, a genuine UK9.5 for me so the same as other Nike products like Metcons and Metcon Free. The heel cup is super snug and holds the ankle in the cup well.

Design was a solid effort. A little unusual to break up the usual designs around at the moment (such as Pandas and Jordan's etc). Fabric was certainly different to any other feel but makes the fit snug and stands out. Sole plate was a great addition as I've not seen any other design like it.

Wouldn't change anything, solid product in the long line of Air Max. Definitely would buy again.

What can I say about these, they are super comfortable and feel fantastic!

The white laces on these really make the trainer pop, if they had dark laces they would seem quite boring but the white really makes them stand out. I think the only thing I'd change for the look would be sole colour to white instead of the transparent material.

These are the first Terrascape trainers I have had and I can honestly say I think I prefer them to the leather versions. I already have my eyes on the 96s.

Whilst my normal shoe choice rotates between a pair of skate shoes, or a pair of running trainers, these Nike Air Max 90s have added a fresh change to my wardrobe and style. The grey and red accent colours on the shoes make them an easy pairing with almost *every* outfit and even allowed me to get in on some colour-paired sock action, and they go with anything from a short short during the Summer, to a pair of cuffed trousers for a smarter but still casual look for post work drinks. The translucent sole has been indestructible in every scenario, ranging from the hot pavements in summer, to the wet and dirty gravel paths on a walk, they haven't had a single blemish and will survive anything you wish to throw at them. My only issue with them is that they run slightly smaller than expected when compared to other Nike shoes, but that just resulted in a tighter but not *too* tight fit. Overall I'd recommend these to anyone and everyone, especially if they need a push to add something new into their wardrobe / shoe collection.

The Air Max Terrascape 90 sneakers are a new take on an old classic which I have been a fan of for a long time. To go along with the classic design, more sustainable materials are being used with the Crater branding. The result is a timeless design that you can feel good about buying, that is also durable and hard wearing for day to day activities.

The dark colourway of the the upper of the sneaker complements the light Crater sole which creates a striking visual along with the white laces. On my sneakers I prefer the Nike swoosh to stand out rather than blend in with the rest of the shoe and I am happy to say the swoosh stands out here! Another design feature I like is how the swoosh blends in with the heel pull tabs. Adding to the contrast, I like how different materials are used in the design, notably the material on the upper which is easily wiped cleaned and contributes to the longevity of the sneaker.

Overall I am a big fan of the design of this sneaker, I was always a fan of the Air Max design and with the added features of the Terrascape and Crater elements it looks like a whole new shoe.

There are several nice features on the sneaker which has made them my go to for daily activities, namely the pull tabs on the heel and tongue. This ensures I can get my sneakers on quickly before I head out the door to take my dog out on a walk and due to the aforementioned wipe clean materials, I don't need to worry about the sneakers getting dirty out on my walk!

One downside is the fit of the sneaker - I am a UK size 10 which these sneakers are, but the sneaker feels slightly too tight at the sides. Due to the Crater sole this did not have much of an effect on how I found them to walk and run in, but it was something I was aware of. The length is perfect, however, so if you are purchasing I would recommend going up a half size if you have broad feet.

Overall, my favourite features of this shoe are the durability combined with the styling. This is a sneaker that turns heads but I am not afraid to wear it doing day to day activities as so far they have held up to daily use and still look brand new.

If I could change anything about the sneaker it would be to have the holes for the laces slightly higher up the shoe however this is a personal preference and I understand that if the laces were higher up on the tongue then the design and branding would be obscured.

The Air Max terrascape has quickly become my go to everyday shoe. I've always had problems finding the perfect trainer due to having relatively wide feet, however, the terrascape did not create any problems for me! The style and shape of the shoe did not feel narrow and tight on my feet at all, even after wearing them for long periods of time. I wore these daily as my everyday shoe for walking around, running errands and just general leisure activities, not once did I think or feel as though my feet were in pain. Perfect with a pair of shorts, joggers or jeans as well, subtle but fashionable which is the perfect combination. The fabric did not feel like it rubbed or caused any friction on my feet either, perfectly comfortable all the time. The only slight blip is that I do feel like the shoes run a bit big so it might be worth going a size/half size down to accommodate that. But if you're looking for a durable, comfortable and most importantly, stylish shoe, these bad boys are the ones for you.

I've been a huge fan of the Air Max 90 silhouette for years. The Terrascapes switch it up a bit, with the use of recycled materials used for the insole and the crater foam sole. The cushioning feels like walking on clouds, making them ideal for both casual wear and more active activities. The terrascape-inspired color palette and materials add a unique touch to the overall aesthetic. The only downside I can see at the moment is that the materials used in these aren't that breathable, so can get a little sweaty.
But these have quickly become my new shoes for the office, combining style and coziness seamlessly. Highly recommended these for anyone!

While it's generally good, a little extra could make it perfect for people with higher arches like me.

The Nike Air Max Terrascape 90 really gave me a nostalgic feeling of old school Air Max's I used to see my brother rocking back during the 1990s when I opened the box. To say I was delighted to receive these is an understatement!
Picking them up though my first thought was they were really heavy in my hand but surprisingly they felt really light on my feet! And comfortable/stable to wear, with and without socks. They seem very durable however this will be tested more over time especially when my oldest son tried to get his hands on them to wear them out I'm sure.

The university red colour way looked really striking - the flash of red from the tick extends all around the trainer into the heel pull, with a pale red just above and on tongue. I was impressed with the design especially the crater foam midsole. Sustainability is something that I'm happy to support so the fact these shoes are made from recycled materials is something that sits well with me.

On the back of the trainers near the XL heel pulls (I'm assuming to be able to hook them onto bags? Although I don't know if I'd use them for this) there are "lumps and dents" in the material around the Nike tick (see photos) which I was displeased with at first and thought it was a manufacturing defect until I did a bit of research and realised all the Terrascape 90's come like this - due to the recycled materials I assume?

A new Terrascape logo on the tounge and padded collar with the rubber outsole and translucent rubber help make these a striking pair of trainers, with an updated retro feel.

I absolutely love the design and colour of these trainers. Although they run a little big, they are still very comfortable and could easily be worn all day without any worries about your feet hurting or aching.

The Air Max 90 terrascape shoes that I got are near perfect shoes for me. The sole is a durable material and the upper material makes the trainers breathable and flexible. The material also minimises creasing, so they still look fresh regardless of how long I wear them. The ankles are padded so they fit comfortably around my heel bone and the loops allow for easily taking the shoes in and off. However the tongue of the shoe is quite sharp and so takes so wearing in. They fit true to size and the colours compliment lots of outfits well.

At first I wasn't sure about the design of the Air Max Terrascape 90, I usually go for basic colourways and classic designs. After seeing these in person, I love them, a classic trainer with a twist.
The fit is spot on, I wear an 11 in all Nike trainers and these fit perfectly.
The material is slightly stiffer than on standard Air Max 90s, but it doesn't make them any less comfortable, after about 30 minutes I didn't notice any difference.
The white laces on the darker upper is a great combo and the clear midsole looks great.
My favourite part is the sewn topline around the ankle, it looks great.
If I was to change anything it would be making the grey section by the lower eyelets black or red.

I love how Nike reinvented a classic, the shoes stylish and I love the idea behind them. The shoe fits true ti size and isn't too tight around foot. It's quite a firm sneaker but once I broke them in they softened up slightly which was really nice. My favourite part of the show is the midsole, i like how it's translucent so you can see the crater foam, and the small details of the air bag springs matching the colour of the tick. The upper is quite stiff and not so breathable though, so it's not great for those hot summer days. I also would've preferred the laces to be grey. Overall these sneakers have become my "by the door shoe", and I'll definitely be getting another colour.

The iconic air max 90 silhouette has been amped up with the terrascape 90s, the material is extremely durable yet remains breathable, even when doing some serious distance on muddy terrain and hard concrete these held up brilliantly and my feet were in no way fatigued, they clean very easily and look like new after being covered in mud, this textured fabric is made to be a statement piece and this shoe looks amazing with a range of styles, in my eyes a near perfect shoe.

First off as an Air Max 90 fan, these shoes look great as they are so close to the original. They fit the same too so slightly narrow in my opinion but for most true to size would fit well.

Plenty of different materials on this pair as well which I assume is because of the recycled content. The usual insole has been changed which feels a little softer than I'd expected, a welcome change. Ankle support is very rigid and in my time wearing held up very well.

Wore this pair primarily as a leisure shoe to go about my daily activities and it held up well for comfort. My only concern with the pair overall would be how easy they are to clean but as of writing I am yet to try. I can already see myself getting this shoe in other colourways

I really enjoy the colour of the shoes, the fit and comfort are also great. I much prefer the designed to standard air max 90 and with first impression they seem a lot more durable than the standard 90s. My only gripe with the item is the material of the toe box of the shoe seems to have a catch it in already (not sure if this is the design) which I'd be a little disappointed if I had ordered and they came like that. Overall though the shoes are really good and extremely high quality.
