Reduced foam in the midsole offers a lightweight, natural feel while rubber pods on the heel and forefoot enhance durability and traction. The absence of a heel counter lets your foot move more naturally, while the liner provides a close, connected feel to the pavement. Finished with asymmetrical laces on the side to help relieve pressure and ensure a comfortable fit from start to finish.

Great shoe for a barefoot feel

I like them, I wear them for short fast paced runs, wouldn't be super comfortable for a long distance, but that's not what they're designed for. They give a nice natural barefoot feel that I like. Comfortable fit, usually a UK 8 and a good fit at that. Good for the gym to, nice weight distribution into the shoe for general compound exercise based exercise.
