Description

UNDER ARMOUR MENS HOVR MACHINA 2 CLRSFT

UA HOVR™ Machina 2 is more than a running shoe. Yes, it gives you energy return and the speed of a Pebax® propulsion plate, but it also coaches you in real-time to help you run better when you connect them to UA MapMyRun™. UA HOVR™ technology provides 'zero gravity feel' to maintain energy return that helps eliminate impact. Compression mesh Energy Web contains and moulds UA HOVR™ foam to give back the energy you put in. Ultralight 3D spacer mesh upper for increased breathability and ultimate speed. As your body emits energy, the mineral-infused UA RUSH™ lining absorbs and reflects it back, improving endurance. External heel counter for added stability and a locked-in feel. Sprint spike-inspired Pebax® speed plate for increased return and more powerful push-offs. Carbon rubber pods under the heel deliver greater traction and durability at high-impact strike zones. NEUTRAL: For runners who need a balance of flexibility and cushioning.

Worst shoes ever - it gave me blisters
This is the worst running shoes I ever got because of its inner lining, if you have the shoe in your hand you will see that the lining inside towards the inside side of the shoes is being sewed into a curve. A month of using this sewed curve was inverted and it is as if you have pins in the shoes and they gave me blisters. Absolutely careless design with no quality check

Great Shoe
I bought these for my husband for when he runs on the treadmill or outdoors, these have become his number 1 shoe to run in, workout, & lift. He says they're comfy, have support, and are very lightweight. They fit true to size as well.

Good tempo shoe
I like the machina for tempo and shorter runs. They have good cushion and don't seem to heavy. Good shoe.

Great Shoes
Little tough to break in, but great shoes and interesting stats for running. The automated coaching is actually really helpful and it's pretty good at tracking on a treadmill as well.

Much Improved from 1st Version of Machina
I purchased a pair of Machina when this line of running shoes from UA first came out. Had to return them as the sizing ran a good 1/2 size short. I also did not like the "feel" of the shoe at that time. I have been using the HOVR Infinite line of shoes since these came out a few years ago and have been very happy with them. Needed a new pair of shoes so decided to give the Machina another chance given the shoe has the Prebax plate and helps reduce time. Good news is the Machina is now consistent with normal sizing of UA training shoes and has a much improved "feel" for my preference. Machina seems to have a bit softer cushioning than Infinite and more responsive feel on contact and push off. Love having the chip in the shoe as well which is a big reason why I use UA running shoes as I prefer to not having a phone anywhere when running for measuring the length and performance of the run. Overall, I've been happy with this version Machina and will likely pair it with the Infinite line. Will use the Infinite line for longer runs for better cushioning and Machina for the shorter runs with more more feel and responsiveness.
