Im so sad these didnt work out for my husband. Im not sure if its just the design but he does not have a wide foot and he wasnt happy with how tight they were. Great looking shoe and fun to see the technology

Bought this shoe with high expectations but not satisfied at all. Used this for running felt good initially but when I kept using started feeling discomfort. Overall I did not like the shoe been using it for causal walks but even then I feel discomfort when I stand for 5-10 minutes wearing these shoes.

Very happy with my purchase, these fit just about right and are very light and comfortable for running. Very nice feature to hook up with the MapMyRun app as well.

Was a little apprehensive at first about wearing a UA running shoe. Their apparel has always been a part of my gear kit, but UA wasn't top of mind as a competitive running shoe company. Happy to admit that my apprehension was misplaced as this shoe has proven to be a great benefit to my training. The fit has been great and I've had zero issues with weight and comfort. I was ready to roll my eyes at having another app in the mix, but I've used the coaching to improve my form and overall strengthen my runs.

Got the wrong size ended up going into the shop in Limerick to change it was changed no questions asked and delivery both times was next day absolutely too customer service in the shop and delivery! No hassle and fuss.

I have tried several shoes and am picky. These shoes still have room for growth and improvement, however, in my opinion, these shoes are the mouse Simplist and Effective Running shoes of 2022. This includes appearance, comfort, performance (low-to-high intensity activities and for casual wear). My video review was thorough but here are the highlights:
Pros:
+Comfortable, not as comfy as the previous models, but responsive and comfortable enough for the shorter distances, and for casual wear.
+Color options and its style are very simple while matching most of UAs gear.
+Outtermesh and tongue are simple and effective. While I do like some styles with the sock like fit, these do well for securing feet as a whole. Including wearing your own orthotics.
+Improved toe box space (assuming you get the right size)

CONs:
-Not as light as it could be
-Lateral instability is still present. Always has been. This could lead to more ankle rolls if not careful.
-Tongue is padded but slides to the side from time to time.
-Shoe sizing seems off. I had to order a size 12 (11.5 is my usual size)

Overall, these shoes are great. They look great and performed well. I logged over 400 miles in them and just recently decided to make a video review on them and order more colors. You know it's good when I get more colors. I usually get black and white and stay there until I decide if I like them or not. Definitely recommend these. Especially if you're a runner in the 5-10K ranges, like simple styles and colors, and of course are an Under Armour Fan like I am. Train intentionally, with maximum effort, and be one with the Iron.

I ordered in a 10.5 and to my dismay they felt to tight. I they were delivered by FEDEX, so as usual UA provides its customer’s with superior service. I called the Customer Service Rep and I explained my size issue, and he stated that he would e-mail me a RMA to exchange the 10.5 for size 11,
All That I can state is I received the new shoes in about 3 days, and I have worn them to the gym every other day. I can also add that they are comfortable and did not need to be broken in!
UA has manufactured another exceptional and I have been told by friends that I am an advertisement for UA! Wearing the total line of apparel.

I really love the way the shoes respond on various forms of running. Runs a little small for my taste. Would definetly recomend half a size larger.

These shoes fit well but at times would feel a little too narrow in the middle of my foot when I was running. It would loosen up during the run and felt fine afterwards.

The ability to track my stride and steps through the app were an added bonus as it has allowed me to improve my stride and go longer distances.

I've purchased every version of this model 1-4 of the Sonic, but these are by far the worst when it comes to arch support. I really enjoyed the previous models but I wore these for 4 months then tossed them.
They do fit true to size and they are durable, in case you don't care about arch support.

Very comfortable and looks even better than expected.

Well-made shoe. Only real issue is the heel counter. There is a thin ridge of padding mid heel. It does its job, which is to avoid slippage, but it does take some getting used to. Otherwise, good style and support.

The colors and fit were exactly what I was looking for and that were advertised

Been a fan of the Sonic series since the 2s. Previous generations were solid but the 4 is definitely at the top of its game. Very comfortable and exceptionally stable, I use these for my daily activities (I'm on my feet a lot and for energetic walks and jogs. Treadlife is improved on these compared their predecessors, especially for a bigger guy like myself, so I strongly recommend these shoes.

Comfortable show for the daily jogger. Blue tooth HOVR DNA is always good for motivation and training. Quality of shoe is good - well built.

This is a nice shoe for gym workouts, but it did not provide the same support for long distance running as the Sonic 3.

On a cost basis, you can’t beat these shoes. Light, durable and fit true to size. They are 33% lower than other shoes in their class. Having worn a lot of shoes, these are my go to.

I’ve been a big fan of the Sonic series, since starting with a pair of 2s almost two years ago. They’re very comfortable shoes which I can use both for daily activities (I’m on my feet a lot) and for brisk walks and jogging. Most of my activity is on hard surfaces (concrete or asphalt) but they are fine for off road exercising as well. My only complaint through the entire series has been the relatively quick erosion of tread; I’ve worn through the base entirely on past pairs. These shoes seem to be a little better at holding onto their tread the previous generations. As such, if possible, I’d rate these closer to four and a half stars (instead of just four).

The integrated Bluetooth technology is a game changer for all types of workouts. It’s awesome. The greatest shoe in the world. Thanks UA! Love y’all. God Bless ALL!

I bought these for my son. He needed them for college. He says they are comfortable and offers great support for his 315+ frame.

Very comfortable shoes. I have them in multiple colors and wear them everyday.

I bought mine June/July. I only use on a treadmill. Walk/run combo. No more than 2 miles a day average. Feet started hurting 1.5 months ago. Also, the side on the bottom of one shoe has separated and will only get worse. I liked the fit at first. Like a glove actually and pretty comfortable. I get that any shoe will deteriorate with time and use but under 6 months? Not sure I'd buy again.
Don't think it is too much to ask to buy a high priced running show (I'm not rich and get a year out of them.
Fit: Good.
Comfort: Good at first. Deteriorated quickly.
Performance: Good at first. Horrible now.

I haven't used the fitness tracker on them, but the shoes themselves are very comfortable and they are pretty durable. They also look amazing!

Love all my sonics, this is my 5th pair. Great for a long day on your feet at work or a solid run. Lightweight but super comfortable and very breathable.

New version of the Sonic running shoe is great, more comfortable than expected.

Got this for my son who plays college football. He needed a comfortable running shoe. He also need a shoe that would protect his knees as he ran. He loves this shoe! Will definitely buy again.

Being on my feet so much, this shoe is perfect for standing then being on the run in a matter of seconds.

Light weight with great purple pastel color. Hovr training tie in is a plus. Only issue is I have gotten more snug fits from other ua running shoes.

I had to get a half size higher, but the fit was perfect and the cushioning and comfort was perfect!

The shoe is comfortable and fits as expected. Works well with the UA Map My Run app as a way to keep accurate track of workouts.

This shoe has made me a 99.9 UA running shoe percenter. Great cushion. Great support. Looks great.
The only drawback for me is the size. It seems to run a tad small.

I bought the first gen sonics back in 2019 - they've been by far my most comfortable pair of shoes that I wear daily. Just bought these for running and the gym and so far I love them! Just as comfortable as my first pair.

The Hovr sonic 4 is very comfortable. I spend 8 hours s day on my feet on a tile and concrete floor and my feet dont get sore at all. They have held up great considering I average between 12,000-15,000 steps per day. Would recommend this shoe for anyone on their feet all day long.

I’ve never had a shoe with a tracker to summarize how I run or walk. Each workout I keep improving more than the previous one. I do wish the device power source lasted longer because I’ve been walking daily. I love the shoes because I’m a Seahawks fan and I’m making myself healthier each day. I recently bought a new pair.
