Nylon/Polyester Type Material but overall very good quality. Really nice fit with tapered legs. Overall fit is quite big in comparison to other brands. I usually take a Nike XL in track bottoms but the Terrex I bought is L and fits correctly. Have not worn the pants in adverse weather so can’t comment on those aspects. Overall, very satisfied.
