I bought three pairs of shoes, but only one pair was shipped-and it was the wrong one-yet I was refunded for only that single pair. It's absolutely terrible!

In ordered these for my child for school, I actually ordered the wrong size, (which was only my fault). I returned those and requested a size smaller and that was weeks ago, They were never shipped out to me.

I buy them for my grandkids every year when school starts. Then at Christmas I get them the lined ones! They love their crocs

Got a 30% coupon. Ordered 2 kids crocs. Got initial order within 1.5 weeks. Had to exchange for a bigger size. Mailed it back for a replacement the next day. Tracking order stated it was received. Waited for a week, nothing. Called, staff confirmed item was received and replacement was being process. It will take 2-4 business days. Waited and still nothing. Called again, staff said 10-14 business days. 15th day, didn't receive replacement. Called and staff said it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th day already but it shows it's still being processed. Demanded for a full refund right away. Staff said it will take 24-72hrs. Same company, supposedly same policy but two different staff gave 2 different answers. Website and live AI chat was useless. Funny how a replacement that doesn't require any financial transaction takes longer than a refund even on the weekend. Do not recommend ordering directly from the company regardless how big or little the savings are. You will regret it and will wait 1-2 months for your items.

I returned my items 8/3 and STILL DONT HAVE MY REPLACEMITEMS!!

I never received my item. Received a tracking number but no movement on shipping for over 2 weeks. I Called twice… initially, I was told the item was not available at the time of order (which I never received an email about) and was told that it was now available and shipping would be expedited. Another 2 weeks past, no receipt of item. Called again and same message… we will ship now and expedite. I asked for my full refund. There was no offer or any sort offered for the disappointment. I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!

I purchase a pair of these gray Crocs each year for my grandson. The color goes with everything! He is very hard on shoes, but these Crocs hold up very well. We are even able to pass them on to a younger friend when he outgrows them.

Bought for a gift. Always loved Crocs, but I am disappointed in the return policy. I was unable to get on the site to return for a different size. After 30 days. I wasn't able to return. I mistakenly read, if I was unable to mail them back, I could take them to a retail store. I assumed any retail store that sold Crocs. My mistake. Now I have a pair of Crocs too small for any of my G-kids.
