Great size fits over me to squat. Also great to have the KG on the belt so I knew what strength I was getting before buying. It was the perfect load for what I needed which was mostly squats and help with pull ups.

Challenging for beginners but worth it!
I found this band to be very helpful. I’m only starting out to exercise again to strengthen my body at home during quarantine and the band is quite tough/strong. It gives me more incentive to work harder and the delivery was quick too!!
