The most comfortable trainers I've ever bought. I wear them for walking.

I walked around the house in them for a bit, and they were so comfortable - normally I'm much more cautious with new shoes, even trainers - that I wore them for a couple of hours whilst out walking. Brilliant. My first pair of Nike trainers, but definitely not my last.

Improved my running technique

Very comfy and lightweight shoe for running, the shape of the shoe has helped me to stop running on my toes, which I was prone to do. No breaking in required, I wore them straight from the box into a run and it was great.
