Liverpool’s new away kit, the first produced by Nike, is comprised of bright teal and white, first subtly introduced in the home kit, along with black outlines. It is an ode to the city of Liverpool and all the club stands for.

DESIGN & INSPIRATION

Having introduced teal through subtle design references in the home jersey, we now see the bold print on the away jersey. It is inspired by the Liver Bird, the beacon of the city. The kit is also influenced by the Shankly gates, which are brought to life through the swirling acanthus leaves that embellish the legendary You’ll Never Walk Alone motif on the Gates of Anfield Road.

INNOVATION & SUSTAINABILITY

The kit benefits from the latest in Nike performance innovation for fit and moisture management. Consistent with Nike’s commitment to sustainability, the Liverpool FC kits are constructed with 100 percent recycled polyester fabric, made from recycled plastic bottles.
