CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Because we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we cannot change the delivery address or the contents of the order. If you want to return non-sale items, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund. For an exchange, you can return within 28 days of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds for sale items. You can exchange for another product of the same value or be refunded onto a gift card.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered. Please note, we're unable to stop the order from being shipped. As we offer a fast delivery service, we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we can’t change it or stop it at this stage.

You can refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us at no charge to you.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

Yes! You can buy an eGift Card online to use on lifestylesports.com or in one of our stores. Choose the amount, who you want to gift to, and add a personalized message to make it extra special.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE?

Firstly, lucky you for having one - it's time to start shopping!

Once you have added your items to the basket, you will be asked you have a promo code. If you do, enter it into the box and click the apply button. The discount will then be applied to your order before you checkout and pay for it.

Please note we cannot apply promo codes after the order has been placed.

Promo codes are not eligible for use on selected items, such as items already on promotion & Clearance items.

HOW DO I USE/PAY WITH KLARNA?

Klarna allows you to pay in 3 interest-free payments so you can spread the cost. The first payment is made at point of purchase, with the remaining 2 payments scheduled automatically every 30 days. No Fees when you pay on time. Just add item(s) to your basket. Go to checkout & choose 'Pay over time with Klarna'. Then you will be redirected to Klarna & asked to fill out your payment details. To check your eligibility, Klarna will perform a soft search with a credit reference agency. This will not affect your credit score.

You must be 18+ to use this credit offer. The minimum total order value to pay with Klarna is €35. The maximum order value is €1,000. For now Klarna cannot be used in conjunction with any other payment method. If you do not already have an account you will be required to sign up to Klarna at our checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RETURN AN ORDER PAID THROUGH KLARNA?

There are 2 scenarios that can apply when returning an order bought through Klarna;

1. Returning an order fully paid with Klarna.

If you are returning an item(s) but have already paid all 3 instalments on your order then you will be refunded in full if this is within 14 days from receipt. After 14 days, you will be offered an exchange or gift card to the value up to 28 days from receipt. This refund will be applied to the credit/debit card you used to make the original purchase. If returning in store, make sure to have the card you placed your order through with you so that you can be fully reimbursed onto this card. We do not offer cash refunds for sale items. You can exchange for another product of the same value or be refunded onto a gift card.

2. Returning an order with outstanding payments to Klarna.

If you are returning an item and have only paid some of the instalments, then you may need to contact Klarna directly if you wish to adjust the remaining Klarna payments based on the refund amount. If you return your order to our warehouse within 14 days you will be refunded in full for the returned item(s). Your instalments as agreed with Klarna will continue. If you wish to amend your payment schedule please contact Klarna directly. Alternatively, you can return your order to a store within 14 days for a full refund or within 28 days for an exchange or gift card. For full price and promotional merchandise, you will be refunded onto the original card so please ensure you have this with you. Again, you can contact Klarna directly to adjust any remaining payment(s). We do not offer cash refunds for sale items. You can exchange for another product of the same value or be refunded onto a gift card.

*Please note Klarna do same date refunds. So, the date that the order was placed will be the date where the refund is visible on your bank statement.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

This shouldn’t happen, because we carefully track the stock that’s available and check before we offer it for sale on the website. However, all items are subject to availability and occasionally mistakes can happen. If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
