COVID-19 UPDATE: A FEW THINGS WE'D LIKE YOU TO KNOW:

 

During these unprecedented times we want to reassure you that the health and safety of our customers, employees and their families is our priority. Now is the time for us to come together and support one another more than ever.

 

We’re doing all we can to navigate the unknown and we’d like to say a huge thank you to all of our teams for all of their hard work and efforts in these uncertain times and also to you, our customers.

 

Here’s some further information we would like to share with you.

 

Our warehouse is currently operating 7 days a week on smaller shifts with no overlap of team members between shifts.

 

We have maximum of 11 people working at any time to ensure physical distancing is in place.

 

To reinforce physical distancing, we're operating less scanning and packing stations. Handheld terminals and pack stations are not shared between different team members.

 

We are sanitising our working areas throughout the day and deep cleaning our working areas between shifts.

 

Our delivery drivers are using gloves and hand sanitizer. We provide safe, no-contact deliveries. No signature required.

 

This means that Lifestylesports.com will continue trading and you can still buy from the site. The stores will continue to remain closed until further notice.

 

We offer FREE DELIVERY and now FREE 60 DAY RETURNS on all orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Because we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we cannot change the delivery address or the contents of the order. If you want to return any of the items, you are welcome to do so within 28 days of receipt.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order up to 28 days after it has been delivered, however, we're unable to stop the order being shipped. Because we offer a fast delivery service, we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we can’t change it or stop it at this stage.

You can refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us with no charge to you. If you accept delivery, you will need to return the order either by post or to any Life Style Sports store.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE?

Yes! You can buy both Store Gift Cards and Online Cards online. Click the Store or Online Gift Card link on the Service Menu to purchase one now. Don’t forget, you can always pick up a Store Gift Card in any of our Life Style Sports Stores across the country!

GIFT CARD UPDATE: YOU CAN NOW USE YOUR STORE GIFT CARDS ONLINE.

You can now use your Life Style Sports Store Gift Cards online at lifestylesports.com.

To convert your Store Card into an Online Gift Card that you can use on-site please get in touch with our Customer Services Team at help@lifestylesports.com.
All they need is;

  • A picture of the back of your Store Gift Card
  • Your email address

Our team will then transfer the full balance from your card onto an 'Online' Gift Card you can use exclusively on lifestylesports.com.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE?

Firstly, lucky you for having one - it’s time to start shopping!

Once you have added your items to the basket and completed your address details, you will be asked if you have a discount code. If you do, enter it into the box and click the apply button. The discount will then be applied to your order before you pay for it. Please note we cannot apply discount codes after the order has been placed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

This shouldn’t happen, because we carefully track the stock that’s available and check before we offer it for sale on the website. However, all items are subject to availability and occasionally mistakes can happen. If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
