If you are returning by post, we recommend using our free-of-charge Royal Mail returns service.
Full-Price Items —
You can return your order to any Life Style Sports store (Northern Ireland only) for a refund within 14 days of receipt or exchange it within 28 days of receipt. You'll need a copy of your email confirmation. We'll accept the email on your phone, so no need to print anything. We do not offer cash refunds for sale items. You can exchange for another product of the same value or be refunded onto a gift card.
Sale Items —
You can return your order to our stores (Northern Ireland only) for an exchange or gift card to the value up to 28 days from receipt. You need to return your order via post to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt for a refund on sale items. We do not offer cash refunds for sale items in-store.
Warehouse Clearance Items —
No refund or exchange is available on warehouse clearance items. The 14 days cooling-off period still applies as per your statutory rights.
All items must be un-used. Pack your item carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Your shipping packet is re-usable and your dispatch label already has a return address printed on it.
Footwear must be in the original shoe-box and clothing must be returned with labels attached. Swimwear and Underwear must have the Hygiene Seal intact and in place.

We are all human and, as such, have the ability to lose things from time to time. If you do not have your return form, check your Shipping Packet or your email for your Order Number. Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back but they can take up to 7 working days for refunds to show up on your account.
We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order. For customers using credit or debit cards, this will be refunded back onto the same card.
You can exchange an online order in our Life Style Sports stores (Northern Ireland only) up to 28 days from receipt - stock dependent. We do not offer exchanges on Warehouse Clearance items. Check where your local store is here at lifestylesports.com/ie/stores
We cannot offer exchanges on online orders through our warehouse. We can refund your entire order within 14 days of receipt as per our policy, and you can place an alternative order for your preferred colour/size.
Here's some of the minor details of our Returns Policy worth knowing.
Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe-box must be intact and included with the return. Swimwear, body-suits and underwear must be returned with the Hygiene Seal intact, if this is removed we will not refund you for this item.
Personalised Items are exempt from our Returns Policy. Please double-check your spelling on these items! We cannot issue a refund if you made a mistake or if a player changes their allocated number after your purchase as this is outside of our control.
Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and are exempt from our Returns Policy. Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If you pay for an item using a gift card, your refund wil be placed back onto a Gift Card.
The Life Style Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.
