HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Standard delivery to anywhere in Ireland is FREE for all orders over €75 and costs just €5.99 if you spend less.

Delivery to any Parcel Motel Pick Up Point is FREE for all orders.

Standard delivery to anywhere in the UK is FREE when you spend over £75 and costs just £5 if you spend less.

Standard International delivery starts at €9.99. See the table below for the list of countries we deliver to and the delivery costs.

HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE?

Delivery for orders in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland is usually NEXT DAY if you place your order by 10pm. Some exceptions apply.

Delivery for orders to mainland UK is usually within 2-3 days.

Deliveries may take longer during Sale or Clearance promotion periods, including Black Friday events.

We deliver to Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland from Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays.

We deliver to mainland UK from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Please allow an extra 5 days for delivery of personalised items such as Football Boots and Football Jerseys.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVERY MY ORDER?

If you are unavailable, we’ll leave a card with contact details so that you can give the courier a call and re-arrange the delivery or arrange to collect your order.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

You now have the option not to sign for your package when it arrives.

CAN YOU LEAVE MY ORDER IN A HIDING PLACE – LIKE BEHIND THE BIN?

Because packages left in a hiding place such as behind bins often go missing, we don’t allow it. In fact, you will need to sign for your package.

In Ireland, your order will be delivered by UPS

In the UK, your order will be delivered by UPS

All other Countries will be delivered by UPS

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS READY TO BE DELIVERED?

We will send you a text message to let you know when your order will be out for delivery, as long as you have provided your mobile phone number. You can also track your delivery online at UPS Delivers.
