All items must be unused. Pack your item carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Your shipping packet is re-usable, and your dispatch label already has a return address printed on it. Make sure the return contains the Order Form enclosed. Footwear must be in the original shoe box, and clothing must be returned with labels attached. Swimwear and Underwear must have the Hygiene Seal intact and in place.
Please use the address label from your dispatch note on the outside of your package and insert the remainder of the dispatch note in with your package before posting it back to us. The dispatch note and address label contain barcodes that we can scan to make processing your return quicker and easier.
Make sure your return postal carrier has a proof of postage option. Life Style Sports cannot accept liability if a package is lost en route with no proof of being posted.

To save on paper, we don't ship with a return label, as you don't actually need one. When returning your order, write down your Order Number and full name clearly on some paper and include this in your return. If you would like some more help on this, mail us help@lifestylesports.com
If you are based in Northern Ireland, your returns may qualify for free returns. International Customers will need to pay return postage unless the item they received was incorrect and/or faulty. We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide proof of postage. Life Style Sports cannot accept liability for items that were lost en route. If the item you received was wrong/faulty- read on.

If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it to us. You can choose to post it back or drop it into one of our stores. Check your local store here lifestylesports.com/ie/stores
If you are returning by post, we recommend that you use a carrier who can give you proof of postage. We cannot accept liability for items that are lost en route.
Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back, but it can take up to 7 working days for refunds to show up on your account. International customers should note that this has the potential to take longer, depending on your bank's transfer times.
We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order. For customers using credit or debit cards, this will be refunded back onto the same card.
At this time, we cannot offer exchanges on online orders through our Web Returns Service. We can refund you your entire order as per our policy, and you can place an alternative order for your preferred colour/size.
Here are some of the minor details of our Returns Policy worth knowing.
Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe box, must be intact and included with the return. Swimwear, body-suits and underwear must be returned with the Hygiene Seal intact. If this is removed, we will not refund you for this item.
Personalised Items are exempt from our Returns Policy. Please double-check your spelling on these items! We can't refund you if you make a mistake.
Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and are exempt from our Returns Policy. Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If you pay for an item using a gift card, your refund will be placed back onto a Gift Card.
The Life Style Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.
