Best shoes!
I went to a running store to figure out the best shoe for me after building up my power walks to runs since my old shoes started to make my feet and body feel uncomfortable. I've been wearing these now for about a month though and do only runs on a treadmill. These have changed how my body feels after a run for the better!! I land more on my heel when walking and my right foot tends to lean inward more which is what caused previous knee and arch pain in my previous shoes and with this shoe it gives me the arch support needed to help stabilise my food and the cushion needed to help me with the knee pain. Love these shoes so much, and they're not too cushioned to where you can't wear them for a regular workout either.
