My favorite shoe of all time! Lightweight, soft, exceptionally responsive, and it has me looking forward to every run.

Love these shoes, so fast and bouncy! Size up for the toe box but honestly these shoes make me not want to rotate with the others. I just love these.

Shoe that does it all. Love it so much I'll probably buy two. Besides strict speed days, I use this shoe for pretty much everything. Soft, stable, and bouncy, the shoe has it all. For a bigger runner like me, it really reduces that stress on my knees.

I've had the Superblast 1 and 2's but like the 3's the best. I soft, springy midsole is something almost special. I can wear all day long, including a short run and my feet feel great at the end of the day.

Superblast 3 is one of those shoes that is ready to run straight out the box! Comparing it to the 2 it's not as firm a little softer but very comfortable do it all shoes.

Shoe of the year! This by far the best overall versatile shoe i have run in this year! Hands down the best experience from the fit to its ability to handle any pace with ease.

Very happy with the feel of these shoes. Good in-between of firm and soft ride. Softer than the 2's but not too soft. Sized down 1/2 a size as recommended by other reviews and fit perfect.

Shin splints and hip pain after 3 wears in these shoes. I have had many different running shoes over the years, and intentionally requested ASICS take these shoes back but customer service was unhelpful. For the amount of shoes that they give away to influencers for free, you'd think they offer some help when I spent over $200 on shoes that I cannot use.

These have been a game changer. I have been looking for a good pair of shoes that helps me on my long runs and these have been great. I personally struggle with pain in my forefoot and numbness in my toes and these have helped tremendously.

The shoe is very light and i loved it at first until i ran with it. It made my left big toe nail turn black. The problem is i cant even return it cos they want it in original condition.

They're supper light and very comfortable no matter if it's a tempo or speed workout. These shoes are great all around.

Solid shoes great support - Perfect for easy miles

I'm sure these are great shoes for most runners, especially given other reviewers opinions. That being said they don't work for me. I've been running on the Noosa Tri for a long time now, and my feet just do not like the huge shift to the large padded platforms the Superblast have. Not a dig against these shoes, just don't work for me.

These shoes are amazing! Springy, comfortable and really REALLY fast!

Same fit. However, this shoe has become too soft for me now. Really the 2nd gen was perfect to me.

If you ever wanted to walk on air buy these shoes.

The foam is definitely a step-change over the SB2; softer, more forgiving, but just as effective at keeping the legs ticking over. I ran an easy-pace marathon as a test, and these shoes will be the ones I use to tackle the mighty Comrades Marathon this year!

I've been running 5ks in these for almost a month now and these by far are the best running shoes I've ran in that were for more than sprints and plyo.

Overall these shoes are absolutely phenomenal!!! Cushion is top tier. Energy return/bounce is top tier! Much less fatigue after my 5ks compared to my rebel v5s. Albeit they are different tiered shoes for sure. My only gripe with the superblast 3 is that they run a bit long. If I am wearing a thick cushioned sock it isn't much of an issue, but when I ran with the asics socks I bought with these shoes, I felt hot spots coming on within the first mile. I don't want to choke up on the laces, but now that I've ran in them I can't return them and size down half a size.

At this price point, you truly get what you are paying for. A bit high without a plate, but seems like it'll be a durable, bouncy, fun pair to train in.

Improved my running form and feet did not hurt after 5k. Def recommend to new runners

The shoe is pretty perfect! Comfortable and stable with some bounce to make running easy

I really like the look and feel of the shoe overall. I mainly use them for long runs and to day have worn them for about 10 runs at roughly 100 miles. But the shoe really isn't that durable. There are already really bad wear on the bottom of the shoe. The superblast 2s didn't have that much wear in them after nearly 400 miles in each of the two pair I got. Maybe because I'm a heavier runner this is hap I'm not completely sure. The shoe is also less stable overall making it less versatile than it's predecessor. It's less snappy and really asks the runner to lick into a smoother slower pace which is fine! But I do miss the versatility overall. I wouldn't buy these again and I feel that I need to get another pair well before the 300 mark which is a shame for the price if the shoe.

They have a good cushion but gave me calf pain and shin splints

These shoes feel great! I tried so many pairs of shoes and couldn't find ones that didn't hurt my feet or knees until I discovered these. They are definitely worth the money.

Have ~250mi on these; overall a great shoe. Very soft and extremely bouncy. The softness is definitely a departure from the SB2, and a maybe a little too soft for my personal preference; similar to the Vomero Plus. Felt great at paces all the way down to 5:45/mile. Only minor complaint would be durability, the outsole rubber has stayed on but the foam on the bottom is slightly shredded (I mainly run on gravel, to be fair). The midsole has also started to separate from the upper just slightly on the outer side of both shoes. Overall, great shoe for easy miles down to tempo runs. Excited to see how the Megablast compares.

Asics give me the best support and cushioning, so that is all I have worn for years now. I usually buy the latest Gel-Kayano pair, but tried the Superblast 3 this year, lured in by the cobalt blue and orange color. Since I am in my 70s, much slower than I used to be, and only run 2-3 miles, this shoe is still supportive enough, and the cushioning is excellent. I also run several times a week on agility courses with my dogs, and the shoes are very responsive for the quick, tight turns required when changing direction constantly.

This one really disappointed me. The Superblast 2 is still my favorite running shoe I've ever owned, I logged over 400 miles in it and enjoyed every run. The Superblast 3 started off promising; a bit softer, but still a fun and responsive shoe.

Unfortunately, the build quality just isn't there. At only 150 miles, the outsole is already half worn through and beginning to peel off. I've had to glue it back in three different spots, which is not something I've ever had to do with a shoe this early.

Even with repairs, I expect to get maybe another 50 miles out of it at most. That's a major drop-off compared to the previous version. I'm hoping this gets addressed in the Superblast 4, but for now I'll be holding off until I see clear improvements in durability and overall build quality.

I was so pumped for these shoes and what a big disappointment they are way too big in the toe box. You have too tied them so tight that the side of your foot will hurt and I don't understand why they made them so wide people buy there shoes mostly will have skinny feet the superblas 2 was perfect I do not recommend buying them to bulk, super wide even know you get the regular size, extremely to much room in the toe box wast of money

Love these but they are huge chunks of foam slapping the ground. My ninja skills are being put to the test when I use these for stealth

Super shoe for wearing on my long runs. Only knock is my feet hurt under where the shoes tie. Tongue is super thin and the laces seem to push into those top tendons. I have half a dozen run with the shoes. Absolutely love them with the exception of the issue of how they tie up.

I am obsessed with these superblast.. I have the cobalt color also and cant wait for the new colors to hit in May. The most comfiest, fun running and my feet love them too..

Shoes are fantastic for my half marathon training but the soles are wearing tremendously. Im about 70 miles in and wish i could get a replacement pair already.

Great shoes, but I started seeing tread wear after 30 miles. These are too expensive to see tread wear that soon.

I run four times per week and have enjoyed the Novablast 5. After watching reviews on YouTube, decided to try the Superblast 3 (Cobalt). Amazing shoe!! Midsole softness and responsiveness keep the run feeling easy from beginning to end. I highly recommend this shoe.

I have just over 50 miles on them. I find these super soft and comfortable but they do not breathe well so my feet get hot. I'm glad I tried them but probably won't get another pair. Also, asics return policy is not as good as some of the other brands so once you try them you're stuck with them.

Very happy with the extra cushion and crazy, fun colors of the material, sole, AND bottom of shoes. I miss having a padded tongue because a 1/8" thin tongue is not quite enough for those with painful feet.

It fits well on the sides of your feet, but it just feels like the shoe is slightly longer than my foot. although with my novablast 5s they fit perfectly.
