Due to increased demand, returns may take up to 30 days to be processed.

Returning Online Orders

Returns must be posted back to our warehouse for a refund. Online refunds cannot be processed in our stores. Returns are free, so you will not be charged when you drop off your parcel or your refund is processed.

You can return your online order to our stores for an exchange or gift card to the value up to 14 days from receipt. You'll need a copy of your email confirmation. We'll accept the email on your phone, so no need to print anything.

Online refunds cannot be processed in Life Style Sports stores.

Returning Warehouse Clearance Orders

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return Warehouse Clearance items. Warehouse Clearance returns cost €4.95 and will be deducted from your refund.

These orders cannot be returned to stores for exchanges or refunds.

Returning In-Store Purchases

Items bought in-store can be returned up to 14 days from purchase for a refund with a valid receipt. After 14 days, you have until 30 days from purchase to return your items for an exchange or gift card to the value of.

HOW DO I POST MY ORDER?

Don't like it? Don't think it is suitable?
Don't worry- you have 14 days to return it to us for a refund.
We have made returns SO EASY- You can now return your order FOR FREE.

Pack your item carefully, preferably in the original packaging -it's re-usable. Your dispatch label already has a return address on it.
Footwear must be in the box and clothing with labels attached. Swimwear and Underwear must have the Hygiene Seal intact and in place.


FREE COLLECTION OR DROP OFF
You can either schedule a free collection or drop your item off at your local post office, parcel locker or Post Point location. (You will need a printer to print off a label for FREE DROP-OFF)

HOW DO I PACK MY RETURN?

All items must be unused. Pack your item carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Your shipping packet is reusable. Footwear must be in the original shoe box, and clothing must be returned with labels attached. Swimwear and Underwear must have the Hygiene Seal intact and in place.

MY ORDER DIDN'T COME WITH A RETURNS FORM.

To save on paper, we don't ship with a return label, as you don't actually need one. When returning your order, write down your Order Number and full name clearly on some paper and include this in your return.If you would like some more help on this, mail us help@lifestylesports.com

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?

Returns are free to post back to our warehouse. For international orders, you will need to pay the return postage cost. We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide proof of postage. If the item you received was wrong/faulty - read on.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

We aim to get you exactly what you ordered to you. In the unlikely event the item you received is incorrect for any reason - please get in touch via email with our Help Team at  help@lifestylesports.com immediately. Email is monitored 9:00-17.30 (GMT) Monday to Friday and is the quickest way to get a response.

We will always reimburse you for any postage paid to get an incorrect item returned to us. Please use a trusted carrier and keep proof of postage. Email or call if this happens to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

Nobody is perfect - and in rare instances, this can stretch to our products. If you think the item you received is faulty or otherwise not up to scratch- get in touch at  help@lifestylesports.com immediately.

We will always reimburse you for any postage paid to get a faulty item returned to us. Please use a trusted carrier and keep proof of postage. Email or call if this happens to you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back, but due to increased demand over the holiday season may take up to 30 working days for refunds to show up on your account.

We will refund you to the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order. For customers using credit or debit cards, this will be refunded back onto the same card.

CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?

You can exchange an online order in our Life Style Sports stores (Northern Ireland only) up to 28 days from receipt - stock dependent. We do not offer exchanges on Warehouse Clearance items. Check where your local store is here at  lifestylesports.com/ie/stores

We cannot offer exchanges on online orders through our warehouse. We can refund your entire order within 14 days of receipt as per our policy, and you can place an alternative order for your preferred colour/size.

THE NITTY GRITTY

Here are some of the minor details of our Returns Policy worth knowing.

  • Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe box, must be intact and included with the return. Swimwear, bodysuits and underwear must be returned with the Hygiene Seal intact; if this is removed, we will not refund you for this item.

  • Personalised Items are exempt from our Returns Policy. Please double-check your spelling on these items! We cannot issue a refund if you made a mistake or if a player changes their allocated number after your purchase, as this is outside of our control.

  • Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and are exempt from our Returns Policy. Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If you pay for an item using a gift card, your refund will be placed back onto a Gift Card.

  • The Life Style Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.

  • Your statutory rights to cancellation are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
