FREE 60 DAY RETURNS IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND AND NORTHERN IRELAND

If you've changed your mind, we've now got 4 free return options for customers in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We have extended our Returns Period, you have 60 days to return your order from the date of delivery, so there's no rush.


FREE COLLECTION OR DROP OFF
You can either schedule a free collection or drop your item off at your local post office, parcel locker or Post Point location. (You will need a printer to print off a label for FREE DROP-OFF)

POSTAGE REFUND
If you paid for your order using PayPal, you can claim a refund for return postage charges.

HOW DO I POST MY ORDER?

Don't like it? Don't think it is suitable?
Don't worry- you have 60 days to return it to us for a refund or exchange.
We have made returns SO EASY- You can now return your order FOR FREE.

Pack your item carefully, preferably in the original packaging -it's re-usable. Your dispatch label already has a return address on it.
Footwear must be in the box and clothing with labels attached. Swimwear and Underwear must have the Hygiene Seal intact and in place.

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST MY RETURN FORM?

We are all human and as such, have the ability to lose things from time to time. If you do not have your rteurn form, check your Shipping Packet or your email for your Order Number. Write down your Order Number and full name clearly on some paper and include this in your return. If you would like some more help on this, mail us  help@lifestylesports.com

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?

If you are based in Ireland or Northern Ireland, both collection and drop-off returns are FREE.
International Customers will need to pay return postage, unless the item they recieved was incorrect and/or faulty. We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide a proof of postage. If the item you recieved was wrong/faulty- read on.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS IN MY ORDER?

We aim to get you exactly what you ordered to you. In the unlikely event the item you recieved is incorrect for any reason- please get in touch via email with our Help Team at  help@lifestylesports.com immediately. Email is monitored 8:00-17.30 (GMT) Monday to Friday and is the quickest way to get a response. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Care team on the below number;

Nobody is perfect- and in rare instances, this can stretch to our products. If you think the item you received is faulty or otherwise not up to scratch- get in touch at  help@lifestylesports.com immediately. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Care team on the below number;

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS POLICY?

If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 60 days to return it to us either by post or pop it into any Life Style Sports store.
If you are returning by post, we recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of postage.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back but they can take up to 7 working days for refunds to show up on your account. Local orders normally take between 3-5 working days but remember, it depends entirely on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side.

We will refund you by the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order. For customers using credit or debit cards, this will be refunded back onto the same card.

CAN I GET AN EXCHANGE?

You can absolutely exchange an online order exclusively in our Life Style Sports stores- stock dependent. Check where your local store is here at  lifestylesports.com/ie/stores

At this time, we cannot offer exchanges on online orders through our Web Returns Service. We can refund you your entire order as per our policy and you can place an alternative order for your preferred colour/size.

THE NITTY GRITTY

Here's some of the minor details of our Returns Policy worth knowing.

  • Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe-box must be intact and included with the return. Swimwear, body-suits and underwear must be returned with the Hygiene Seal intact, if this is removed we will not refund you for this item.

  • Personalised Items are exempt from our Returns Policy. Please double-check your spelling on these items! We can't refund if you made a mistake.

  • Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and are exempt from our Returns Policy. Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If you pay for an item using a gift card, your refund wil be placed back onto a Gift Card.

  • The Life Style Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.

  • Your statutory rights to cancellation are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
