CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Because we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we cannot change the delivery address or the contents of the order. If you want to return any of the items, you are welcome to do so within 28 days of receipt.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order up to 28 days after it has been delivered, however, we're unable to stop the order being shipped. Because we offer a fast delivery service, we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we can’t change it or stop it at this stage.
You can refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us with no charge to you. If you accept delivery, you will need to return the order either by post or to any Life Style Sports store.
CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE?
Yes! You can buy both Store Gift Cards and Online Cards online. Click the Store or Online Gift Card link on the Service Menu to purchase one now. Don’t forget, you can always pick up a Store Gift Card in any of our Life Style Sports Stores across the country!
ARE STORE AND ONLINE GIFT CARDS THE SAME?
Store Gift Cards are the physical Gift Cards for use at the till-point across any of our Life Style Sports stores.
Online Gift Cards are ‘virtual’ Gift Cards sent through email. These emails are sent to the recipient of your choice that contain unique codes to be used at the checkout exclusively on lifestylesports.com.
Store Gift Cards are currently not able to be used online and vice versa.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR DISCOUNT CODE?
Firstly, lucky you for having one - it’s time to start shopping!
Once you have added your items to the basket and completed your address details, you will be asked if you have a discount code. If you do, enter it into the box and click the apply button. The discount will then be applied to your order before you pay for it. Please note we cannot apply discount codes after the order has been placed.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I HAVE ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?
This shouldn’t happen, because we carefully track the stock that’s available and check before we offer it for sale on the website. However, all items are subject to availability and occasionally mistakes can happen. If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.
