I agree with Lindsy's review. I chose the black backpack with white lettering (according to the picture). I really wanted the crisp white look against the black bag. It arrived and it is gray-silverish lettering. I did go back and look at the name of the color and it does say black/metallic. But that isn't what shows up on their picture. I will admit that when I took my pictures, in much of the light it looks white. Perhaps they could forewarn buyers that this is NOT white lettering..? Otherwise the backpack is fine. Very basic, No a lot of pockets like most backpacks or compartments on the outside.

The image makes it look like the lettering is white but its not it's grey! So annoying

My grand children use UA for their school back packs because they are durable and last all year.
