Back on the road and pain-free at 69
I've been using the Guide 19 for about 30 days, running 4 days a week. The Guide 19 is the most comfortable and stable running shoe I've ever used. Period.

My knees were starting to ache with prior shoes, and at age 69, I thought my running days might be behind me.
