Fast, bouncy, noisy and loud! Brilliant!
These shoes are awesome - my go to shoes for any sort of run, from fast 5k's to 10k, 20k plus. Feels like you're getting the benefits of carbon plates without having a carbon plate. Super comfortable, bouncy, reliable, and grippy. I've really enjoyed running in these and I'd use them for anything. Took part in a trail-endurance run event and after the fast lap I took my trail shoes off and put these on, never looked back. Versatile, fast, and very loud! Great for getting tourists out the way when running in the city. No issues with durability yet either after a heavy amount of miles.

Fantastic footware for running,walking & everyday use 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 i bought these for my two week's holiday in Orlando walking around Disney parks & Universal Parks all day & they were amazing so comfortable & they look great 👍🏻

Wow!

I was in two minds about buying these shoes but decided to take the plunge. So glad I did!

My quickest run of the year, on my usual 10k route, was 90 seconds slower than my PR. I popped these on and set a new 10k PR 43 seconds quicker.

Comfortable that need wearing in a little but you can feel the extra cushioning instantly and my legs this morning aren't aching at all.

Really wish I'd bought them earlier!

Great running shoe!
Fantastic shoe, used these for 5k and 10k runs! Cushioning is great with a bit of spring! Better than other brand equivalents! They are big and noisy but light and fast! 100% would buy again! They do wear in the places a few have mentioned but still worth it!

Superb shoe. As the name implies it feels great for tempo runs and when you are in the mood I sometimes prefer it to the Vapour fly. Perhaps its my particular running style but the air zoom units just seem to propel me forward. In my humble opinion (as a new runner) its vastly superior to the Alpha fly for 5k and 10K. Just buy and have a blast.

Perfect shoe for me
I'm on my second pair and they've done 350km so far. Still plenty of life left in them. I use them every day for every type of run - they work well for me for track, intervals and slow long runs. I even use them on light trails and parkruns. Also happy to use them on the treadmill and other gym work. The only shoe I need though I do have Vaporfly 2 for races.

Brilliant trainer for the gym or running
I bought these mainly for the gym and was worried about them being too 'clumpy' but they are so comfortable. The fly knit material is brilliant, you can really feel that spring in your step as well. I went up 1/2 size like reviews said and they fit perfectly. Really good trainer and looking forward to running in them!

Perfect for fast paced/long run training
They deliver for what they were created for, fast paced training and therefore I cannot fault them. They aren't designed to plod around in. Settling into a consistent long run pace, tempo run or even a speed run they certainly don't disappoint. The durability is also excellent.
The only tempo trainer you'll need. Highly recommend.

Need to be more durable
I absolutely love running in these shoes, however, having had several pairs now the durability of the sole is just not good enough given the quality of the rest of the shoe. My last two pairs have both split in the same place, just behind the pods, in less than 40 miles from normal road running. Nike customer services have been excellent, as always, however, there becomes a point when the decision has to be made to move on and await an update.
