Great shoes for tempo runs
I have had these shoes for almost 6 months now and overall they have been great for running short distances in. I originally bought them as my race day shoe however they weren't giving me the same energy return as my previous carbon plated race day shoes show I now use them for tempo runs and a few long runs. However, I would not recommend these for heavier runners as the foam compresses a lot and it is easy to bottom out. In addition, the foam isn't very durable so you won't be able to get as many miles out of them as you might like. In conclusion I would recommend these to a fairly light runner who is looking for a pair of dedicated tempo shoes.
