Firstly appearance wise these look great and are eye catching. I have always worn a UK size 9 in Nike trainers with the exception of the old Tempo%, I found the Zoom Fly a good fit overall but snug in the toe box, if you like room to wiggle your toes go up half a size. The confusing part of the snug fit was the heel slips a little, nothing drastic but noticeable so make use of the cool extra hole Nike put on these and use a runners knot which stops the slip but really makes it a snug race type fit and feel.
Running wise I found them nice, not forward propelling like I found the old Tempo% but nice. It wasn't a a game changing moment as I felt putting in a Vaporfly for the first time but it was good. The ride is a little firm too so I'd stick to maxing out at 10k in these but that's a personal preference.
They are a nice trainer, light and good for short quick runs but I certainly wouldn't try using for marathon or even a half marathon distance.

This is a fabulous shoe. I use it for road running and find them very comfortable for longer runs. They are very responsive and easy to pick up the pace. Work well for longer runs and slow as well as for a quicker pace

Great shoes for uptempo running

I have usually worn Pegasus shoes for my runs which I love, I bought these to try and love them. More room in the toe area and comfort right from the first run. I would recommend to anyone who is a regular runner.

A very comfy shoe with the decent amount of padding at the heal.

Good at easy pace and those quicker paces.

First run in these = new PB @ 5k (albeit by only 8 secs). Do with that information what you will!

First impressions are great. These are my first carbon-plated shoes but seem to strike a nice balance between cushioning and springiness. Looking forward to my next run!

Love these!
Super comfortable, especially on the arch which I found on the Alphas gave me blisters. A brilliant training shoe for those tempo/interval runs. Wore them on a 6 mile interval session and they were just as good as the alphas in performance. Lots of bounce, support and run fast feel. The upper is more robust than the super/racing shoes, so these should last. Advice- I had to go half a size up. Never had to do that before with Nike (20+ years running in them).

Fantastic addition to the Nike range, took these out on a 10 mile first run and got a PB! Comfortable on the foot with a midsole that perfects cushioning with propulsion. Seems to be a great shoe for tempo and long run workouts, very versatile (great grip on outsole too…)

Received end of October 24 first run 7mile tempo,a excellent shoe and just ordered another pair,glad my wait for the zoom fly 6 payed off as they beat all other makes I have tried lately and in the past just my opinion for my feet,well done Nike

I've finally found the Nike training shoe I've been waiting for. My first run in them today was a 15-mile easy effort along a wet canal, and they exceeded all expectations. The comfort and bounce are outstanding, making each step feel energised. The upper is spacious yet secure, and the grip handled the slick conditions effortlessly. When I picked up the pace, they performed similarly to the Alphafly 3, maintaining responsiveness and support. This shoe is a game-changer for my training routine. Highly recommend for serious runners.
