The Finer Details

  • The outsole has at least 13% Nike Grind material, made from scraps from the footwear manufacturing process.
  • Flyknit gives you sock-like comfort with soft, stretchable and breathable fabric that helps keep you feeling light and airy when your run goes into overdrive. Inner sleeve is minimal but stretchy.
  • An ultra-lightweight midsole offers unreal comfort as your foot repeatedly hits the road. It’s lighter, more responsive and softer than previous versions.
  • Embroidered eyestays around the laces help keep your feet secure. Pull tabs at the tongue and heel make for an easy 1-hand entry.
  • Laser-cut grooves on the sole make this shoe more flexible.

Fab lightweight/comfy trainer
Fab trainer. I purchased as replacement for a pair of well worn Metcon 4s and was blown away in how easy they were to get on with the 2 pull on tabs and how lightweight but comfy they felt. Will def be buying another pair.

Natural flexible HUMAN feeling ride
These are the perfect lightweight shoes for 5k to 10k. I ran 11 miles in them today and it felt a little too unsupportive but for shorter distance they feel flexible light and HUMAN unlike all the crazy platform shoes out there these days. I ran in Nike Lunaracer and Lunartempo for 10+ years and this is the closest natural feel I can get to the road. Size up they come up small I usually get 6.5 and went for 7.
