• The more flexibility that you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We shaped the Zoom Air unit like a horseshoe for added flexibility while the traction pattern on the outsole helps you get after whatever's on your workout agenda.
• The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. The tough, molded wrap around the shoe helps keep your heel supported and secure. The low height of the Zoom Air unit helps keep you closer to the ground while its flex groove helps reinforce and strengthen lateral stability.
