Online orders must be returned to our warehouse or any of our stores within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
You can also return online purchases in-store within 14 days for full refund or within 28 days for exchange or gift card.
We do not accept shoe returns without the original box and personalised item(s) are non-returnable.

Returns must be posted back to our warehouse for a refund. Online refunds cannot be processed in our stores. Returns are free, so you will not be charged when you drop off your parcel or your refund is processed.
You can return your online order to our stores for a refund or exchange to the value up to 28 days from receipt of order. You'll need a copy of your email confirmation. We'll accept the email on your phone, so no need to print anything.
Warehouse Clearance orders cannot be returned to stores for exchanges or refunds.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return Warehouse Clearance items via post to our warehouse.
Warehouse Clearance returns cost £4.95 and will be deducted from your refund.
Items bought in-store can be returned up to 14 days from date of purchase for a refund with a valid receipt. After 14 days, you have until 28 days from purchase to return your items for an exchange or gift card to the value of.

There are 2 scenarios that can apply when returning an order bought through Klarna;
1. Returning an order fully paid with Klarna.
If you are returning an item(s) but have already paid all 3 instalments on your order then you will be refunded in full if this is within 14 days from receipt. After 14 days, you will be offered an exchange or gift card to the value up to 28 days from receipt. This refund will be applied to the credit/debit card you used to make the original purchase. If returning in store, make sure to have the card you placed your order through with you so that you can be fully reimbursed onto this card. We do not offer cash refunds for sale items. You can exchange for another product of the same value or be refunded onto a gift card.
2. Returning an order with outstanding payments to Klarna.
If you are returning an item and have only paid some of the instalments, then you may need to contact Klarna directly if you wish to adjust the remaining Klarna payments based on the refund amount. If you return your order to our warehouse within 14 days you will be refunded in full for the returned item(s). Your instalments as agreed with Klarna will continue. If you wish to amend your payment schedule please contact Klarna directly. Alternatively, you can return your order to a store within 14 days for a full refund or within 28 days for an exchange or gift card. For full price and promotional merchandise, you will be refunded onto the original card so please ensure you have this with you. Again, you can contact Klarna directly to adjust any remaining payment(s). We do not offer cash refunds for sale items. You can exchange for another product of the same value or be refunded onto a gift card.
*Please note Klarna do same date refunds. So, the date that the order was placed will be the date where the refund is visible on your bank statement.
To save on paper, we don't ship with a return label, as you don't actually need one. When returning your order, write down your Order Number and full name clearly on some paper and include this in your return.If you would like some more help on this, mail us help@lifestylesports.com
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?
Returns are free to post back to our warehouse using the above Royal Mail link. For international orders, you will need to pay the return postage cost. We always recommend using a trusted postal service that can provide proof of postage. If the item you received was wrong/faulty - read on.
We aim to get you exactly what you ordered to you. In the unlikely event the item you received is incorrect for any reason - please get in touch via email with our Help Team at help@lifestylesports.com immediately. Email is monitored 9:00-17.30 (GMT) Monday to Friday and is the quickest way to get a response.
We will always reimburse you for any postage paid to get an incorrect item returned to us. Please use a trusted carrier and keep proof of postage. Email us at help@lifestylesports.com if this happens to you!
Nobody is perfect - and in rare instances, this can stretch to our products. If you think the item you received is faulty or otherwise not up to scratch- get in touch at help@lifestylesports.com immediately.

Refunds are usually processed on the day they are received back, but due to increased demand refunds may take up to 30 working days for refunds to show up on your account.
We will refund you to the same method of payment you used when you originally placed your order. For customers using credit or debit cards, this will be refunded back onto the same card.
You can exchange an online order in our Life Style Sports stores up to 28 days from receipt of order - stock dependent. We do not offer exchanges on Warehouse Clearance items. Check where your local store is here at lifestylesports.com/ie/stores
We cannot offer exchanges on online orders through our warehouse. We can refund your entire order within 14 days of receipt as per our policy, and you can place an alternative order for your preferred colour/size.
Here are some of the minor details of our Returns Policy worth knowing.
Goods returned must be in a re-saleable condition. This means that any labels, tags and/or covering, such as a shoe box, must be intact and included with the return. Swimwear, bodysuits and underwear must be returned with the Hygiene Seal intact; if this is removed, we will not refund you for this item.
Personalised Items are exempt from our Returns Policy. Please double-check your spelling on these items! We cannot issue a refund if you made a mistake or if a player changes their allocated number after your purchase, as this is outside of our control.
Gift Vouchers are treated as cash and are exempt from our Returns Policy. Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are therefore exempt from the returns policy. If you pay for an item using a gift card, your refund will be placed back onto a Gift Card.
The Life Style Sports Standard Returns Policy doesn't affect your statutory right to cancel your contract with us.
