Can I change my delivery address?

Because we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we can’t change the delivery address.

Can I amend my order?

Because we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we can’t change it. If you want to return any of the contents, you are welcome to do so within 28 days of receipt.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up to 28 days after it has been delivered, however, we're unable to stop the order being shipped.

Because we offer a fast delivery service, we start processing your order as soon as it’s placed, we can’t change it or stop it at this stage.

You can refuse delivery and the order will be returned to us with no charge to you. If you accept delivery, you will need to return the order either by post to our warehouse or to any Life Style Sports store.

Do you sell or accept gift cards online?

Yes! We have 2 types, in-store Gift Cards and Online Gift Certificates.

You can purchase In Store Gift Cards in our stores and online. They can only be redeemed in our stores though.

You can purchase online gift certificates online and they can only be redeemed online.

How do I use a promotion or discount code?

Firstly, lucky you for having one, it’s time to start shopping.

Once you have added your items to the basket and completed your address details, you will be asked if you have a discount code. If you do, enter it into the box and hit the apply button.

The discount will then be applied to your order before you pay for it.

We can’t apply discount codes after the order has been placed.

What happens if the item I have ordered is out of stock?

This shouldn’t happen, because carefully track the stock that’s available and check before we offer it for sale on the website.

However, all items are subject to availability and occasionally mistakes happen. If for some reason we can’t fulfil your order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

How much is delivery?

Delivery to any Life Style Sports Store is free for all orders.

Standard delivery to anywhere in Ireland is free when you spend over €50 and costs just €4 if you spend less.

Standard delivery to anywhere in UK is free when you spend over £50 and costs just £4 if you spend less.

How do I return my order?

If you don't like something or it doesn't fit, you have 28 days to return it to us. If you paid for your order with your credit or debit card, you can return your order by post or you can return it directly to a Life Style Sports store. If you paid for your order using PayPal, you must return it by post.

If your item is faulty, or your order is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at help@lifestylesports.com so that we can arrange the return for you.

Returning your order by post

Please use the address label from your dispatch note on the outside of your package and insert the remainder of the dispatch note in with your package before posting it back to us. The dispatch note and address label contain barcodes that we can scan to make processing your return quicker and easier.

If you don't have your dispatch note or address label, please ensure that you include your order number, email address and contact number with your return. You can post your return to either of the addresses shown below

Our delivery bags are re-sealable and there is a sticker on your dispatch note with the returns address pre-printed on it. We suggest using the resealed bag with the returns address sticker placed over the original delivery address sticker to return your order, it’s quicker and easier for you post and it’s also quicker for us to process your return and apply any refunds due to you.

We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, until the parcel is received by us, at the above address, it remains your responsibility.

Returning your order to a Life Style Sports store

You can return your order to any Life Style Sports store for an exchange or refund.

You will need to bring your dispatch note with you as proof of purchase along with the payment card you used to place your order.

A receipt will be issued for your return by the store.

Other Important Information

It’s important to point out that all goods must be unused / unworn, have the original labels attached & footwear must be in the original box.

Underwear & Swimwear can be tried on but please do so over your own underwear and always keep the hygiene seal in place. We will not refund any items where this seal is not in place.

We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, until the parcel is received by us, at the above address, it remains your responsibility.
